UNDPUCKS Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 BADgers up 5-1 with 14 to go in the 3rd. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Finley with a penalty for merely guiding a DU forward into the boards. Okay, he was a little ways away from the boards when it started, but it was a nice hit. Let's kill the PK though boys. Stastny gets 5 minute major for hit from behind on Smaby. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Stastny a DQ for hitting from behind. I will say it again what dirt bags. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 I think Denver's been taking lessons from Paukovitch on hitting from behind. They've done it twice tonight. Quote
dakotadan Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 I will say it again what dirt bags. +++ Quote
margaritaville Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 not to mention crashing the net... Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Oshie 2 minute minor for holding. Parise with an interference call. Rather than having a PP for five minutes, we've decided to give some gifts to Denver. Quote
AKSioux Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Anyone watching...was the Holding penalty as bogus/nitpicky as the announcers saying? Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Anyone watching...was the Holding penalty as bogus/nitpicky as the announcers saying? If it would have been on our guys, we would have wanted the penalty too. It was pretty blatant. Quote
AKSioux Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 If it would have been on our guys, we would have wanted the penalty too. It was pretty blatant. Thanks. the hazards of just getting internet radio. Quote

kfah1 Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Unfortunately, I guess you can't have a shut out every game... Keep it up Jordan! Go Sioux! Quote
dakotadan Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Butler scores for DU. 3-1 Sioux. Parise didn't even see it. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Parise didn't even see it. Screened by his own defenseman. Fisher with a monster save on Watkins. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Toews looked injured. Any word on any of the broadcasts? Quote
kfah1 Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Sioux putting lots of pressure on Denver's net near the end of the 2nd. Quote
UNDPUCKS Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 BADgers beat the Nanooks 6-1. Go SIOUX! Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Sioux being outshot 20-15 after 2 periods. Probably one of the worst, if not the worst, periods of the year, after probably the best period of the year. Let's turn it around in the 3rd boys. Quote
sprig Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Dumb penalties by the Sioux while Denver was serving both of their majors. Sioux did pick it up 5 on 5 over the last 5 minutes of the period. A couple of huge saves by Fisher. SCSU 3 Gophers 2 final Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 BADgers beat the Nanooks 6-1. Go SIOUX! Didn't the Badgers play the Seawolves? Quote
UMDDogz Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Sounds like the Goofs are down 3-2 at the National Concrete Center... Quote
DGH Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Good evening hockey fans. What makes a Sioux victory even sweeter? The Goofs losing. Final score just in: SCSU 3 MN 2 Quote

UMDDogz Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Good evening hockey fans. What makes a Sioux victory even sweeter? The Goofs losing. Final score just in: SCSU 3 MN 2 The Gophers are a young team. I don't know why they were ranked #1 preseason...I for one expected them to start slow...(plus that seems to be the Gophers formula in general; sort of a "they don't count until January mentality) Quote
