I'm not sure who the individuals were or who they represented (if anyone), but there was some elder members in the UND suite last evening. I was honored to sit in an area just adjacent to this student section and enjoyed every minute of it. Being a young 40ish hockey fan it keeps me youthful! In reality, I believe RE envisioned this kind of atmosphere and more, but still think the students should be seated behind the opposing goalie and behind the opposing team. My thoughts only and I could be wrong?

The REA was rocking last night and I believe that is getting closer to the atmosphere RE envisioned. Not sure about anyone else, but I would love to see the students seated behind the opposing goalie for 2-periods and in an area behind the opposing team to further enhance the atmosphere. I wouldn't be surprised if JPar has "STOA" tatooed on his forehead today. The freshman Ryan Stoa was a key factor last night and I hope collectively the Sioux can do a far more consistent job of moving him out from in front of the goalie area. For sure make him pay for wanting to be in the area. Of course, it's a good idea to have someone covering Irmen when he is coming out of the penalty box! A key factor for a victory tonight is for all Sioux players (and fans) to put on the ole hard hat, fill the lunch pail, and be prepared to out work the opponent until the final horn sounds. The players (and fans) are more than capable of executing this game plan and if so, the Sioux will win tonight (as it's meant to be)! SIOUX BETCHA! GO FIGHTING SIOUX!

The Lucia plan has certainly been successful for them and they certainly should be in the final conference 5.

Nanooks just scored for a 3-2 lead over MN. Goofs tie it after the homer refs missed an obvious tripping violation by the golden boys. Woog even admitted to the mugging. Around 5-minutes remaining.

Baffling question: Why can't the Fighting Sioux Sports Network get the power play clock on screen like every other station is capable of doing?

The same person who sang the Canadien Anthem last night did it again this evening, but the USA Anthem had a different person. Must admit the high notes from the guy last evening were worthy of 2-minutes for rrroughing!
