Women's Basketball Hall of Fame- Why not Roebuck?

Apologies if this has been covered but is there a reason why Gene Roebuck has not been inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame? He won more than 600 games, has a winning percentage of 81.2%, won 3 national championships, played in 4 national championship games, and was the 2006 Russell Athletic/WBCA Division II Region Coach of the Year. Am I missing something? I see Amy Ruley is in the hall of fame, I see no reason why Gene Roebuck shouldn't be.
