By the way, I agree that WPoS, GreyEagle, and Sagard have reasoned discussions.  Nonetheless, they love to see the Sioux go down every bit as much as I love to see the Gophers go fish.

Well, duh. If MN plays with intensity they are as good as any team. If they're flat they're dead. They don't have the talent to play without emotion.

I am not a fan of UND, but I sure as hell respect the team & its history.

I'll take my crow and eat it too.

Gophers looked real tough Saturday night.  I thought that they would tire in the mountains.

I am really hoping for a Sioux-Gopher matchup at the Excel, and then again at Mariucci a short time later.

Lot of hockey to be played between now and then.

The World Arena probably isnt as high as you think it is. although definitely a lot higher than Grand Forks

I watched a fair amount of MN and CC on Saturday (pre-MN goal scoring surge).

What a fun hockey game to watch. 2 very talented teams that could move the puck. That's what hockey should be like.
