other than the "driving range/party area".... this should be a no brainer 

but with the advent of sims couldn't they have something like what they have a the mall...then the cottontops in the area will/would have nothing to complain about

but...use some vertical space ffs...just like bronson property..there is only so much land out there

How far away are you from being a cotton top ?

if this project falls within the zoning regulations it should be a go

Congrats to UND golf, they won the Zach Johnson invitational down in Iowa 2 weeks ago, and won the dual vs Ndsu Wednesday and Thursday this week.  It was 18 holes at FCC and 18 holes at GFCC. Und won by 5 strokes against the ag team.  The tournament in Iowa was the first win for UND in the D1 era I believe.  Beating NDSU this week had to be the icing on the top.  Congrats Coach Schaefer.
