Just thinking back on this game, the lack of athleticism on this team is baffling. I think Sather is a far better X’s and O’s Coach than Jones but man are we unathletic compared to the Jones era.

My biggest concern was his recruiting coming from D2.  Can he quickly adjust to the level of athlete he will see on a nightly basis.  Appears he has not adjusted or doesn't want to.

See I think he was recruiting the type of athletes we need when he was at Northern State. He had some absolute ball players there. Ian Smith, Gabe King, Parker Fox, Mason Stark, Andrew Kallman could all be D1 players and the last 3 currently are now.
