As I read the rule, in order for this to apply, Adam would have had to rule that the goal was deliberately dislodged by the goalie or a defensive player. Since there was no penalty called, that rule didn't apply, but the one about the goal being dislodged did. (Assuming the net was off before the goal was scored.) As I remember TH describing it, a 'Kato defensman ran into the net on his own. I would take that to be intentional, but that is just my O. Thanks again for your informative input.
