Volleyball Assistant Coach

Do we still have an opening for an assistant coach at UND Volleyball? Did Dan Brown leave?

Dan resigned in June. Rumor has it the position has been filled but girls have not met the new assistant.

All of the returning players have been on campus most of the summer. Their summer camps just ended. Official start of Fall begins in August. Team meetings August 7 and practice begins August 8. The girls seem to have a positive outlook on the season.

With our new coach he doesn't expect us to get to the NCAA Tournament..he expects us to win in the NCAA Tournamant. I think great things are going to happen this year!!

The new assistant coach will be Mia Tabberson, former Gopher setter. I just saw saw her on campus this morning.

Looks like Dan Brown got hired as an assistant at Western Illinois.

Coach's Twitter post read like it would be an assistant, but there doesn't seem to be a reason to delay that type of announcement. That is all I have to go on, maybe others have heard more. Could it be a transfer player? When can they announce signings?

What happened to the Rutten girl. She would have been a senior.
