Yes, it is scary because do you really want a new staff taking over in the first year in the Big Sky...would we lose recruits? Last year was really the time to let them all loose. How many fans can really be passionate about a team that may have lost twice to Sioux Falls? Losing to Cal Poly, S Utah, or even Idaho badly is somewhat understandable and forgiveable.
