siouxforeverbaby Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Left knee was bent going into the boards.
bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Maybe the boys will get pissed off and start playing.
bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Boy talk about "not on the same page." Drop pass almost lead to disaster.
Runninwiththedogs Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Hey guys! Does anyone remember the UND players a couple years ago who really struggled with altitude sickness? I know there was at least one guy who was so sick he couldn't leave the hotel. Wondering if anyone on the current squad might be affected.
BigGreyAnt41 Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Apparently if the puck in front of the net, you should just skate by and let the other team get a shot. That was Cichy's fault.

I don't recall if he couldn't leave the hotel, but I remember Finley always talked about getting sick especially when visiting Denver. and Good GRIEF!
bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Well, I could understand if he took a CC player with him, but playing ice shark through the crease is unacceptable. Apparently if the puck in front of the net, you should just skate by and let the other team get a shot. That was Cichy's fault.
mikeypat15 Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I don't recall if he couldn't leave the hotel, but I remember Finley always talked about getting sick especially when visiting Denver. and Good GRIEF! I believe it had to do with when he was concussed.
Runninwiththedogs Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I don't recall if he couldn't leave the hotel, but I remember Finley always talked about getting sick especially when visiting Denver. I think I am thinking of someone pre-Finley. It is driving me crazy now.
bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I dunno,CC is at what - 6000 feet? Yeah, probably feel it, but a real athlete should be able to play, at least. The Sioux have typically done pretty well at CC..... I don't recall if he couldn't leave the hotel, but I remember Finley always talked about getting sick especially when visiting Denver. and Good GRIEF!
Predator Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 just joined...wtf??? Hak should consider pulling Dell for an extra attacker
Runninwiththedogs Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I think the player I am thinking of is Drew Stafford. (A real player, for sure.)
bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 We would have to be able to gain the zone first. Hak should consider pulling Dell for an extra attacker

bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 WTF - since when can you just skate into the goalie?
BigGreyAnt41 Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 IDK but is the altitude really that big of an issue? The thinner air can mess with some people's bodies regardless of how well conditioned they are.
Snake Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 You'd think CC was unbeaten at home considering all the talk about the altitude...
bcblues Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Well - we need one for Sioux Pride and to establish some momentum. GO SIOUX!!!!!
Runninwiththedogs Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 You'd think CC was unbeaten at home considering all the talk about the altitude... That was just me starting it. And then I answered my own question anyway, and then Dirty confirmed it.
