bincitysioux Posted December 18, 2010 Author Posted December 18, 2010 UND STATS 44% from the field 33% on 3 pointers 47% on free throws 11 Turnovers Mitchell & Huff each had 14 while Webb & Schuler both had 9 UMKC 10-17 from beyond the arc.................shooting 32% coming into today's game. Sioux really let one get away that they should have come out on top. They shot better than normal from the field, took care of the ball, and forced 16 UMKC turnovers. They led by as much as 8 at one point. This was an excellent chance to get a win today. Very frustrating. Quote
MoSiouxFan Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Sioux worked hard and generally played well but, as Bin alluded to, free throw shooting and 3-pt. shooting were the difference. Sioux led for most of the game, I'd say. Several freshmen turnovers in the second half hurt. Mitchell played well on both ends of the floor. This is a team that I think will win next season. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 This is a team that I think will win next season. At least you said that with conviction! Quote

dakotadan Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 At some point you would think this team would get lucky and accidentaly win one of these close games. Quote
