AussieSiouxFan Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I have really have missed watching the fans dancing on the webcast before the game. I am ready for the first sioux home sweep this weekend. (knock on wood) Sioux win 4-2 tonight and 5-3 tomorrow. Lines are interesting, Zajac on 2nd line and Gregoire on 4th. not sure how that will go but i have faith in Hak does anybody know why Wisconsin ended up getting jordy murray, his brother brady played for UND why didnt he?? 31-9 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 If anyone needs a free place to watch online, you can watch it here. The audio and video isn't quite in sync, but it's free so it's better than nothing. Quote
keikla Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 wow. The national anthem was horrible. Let's hope the game goes much better! One minute until Fighting Sioux hockey Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I don't know if it's because I'm watching on a bigger TV since it's on NHL Network, but it seems like the intensity is the highest so far this season. Quote
jimdahl Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I don't know if it's because I'm watching on a bigger TV since it's on NHL Network, but it seems like the intensity is the highest so far this season. 5 minutes, 9 shots, no penalties. This is way more enjoyable hockey than any of the Sioux games I was able to watch last year. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Thank you Eidsness! Wow is he flexible, he must be double jointed! Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 So did I miss something that happened around here this past summer? These game threads, even for home games, used to be so much more active. Now we're going minutes at a time without any posts. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 The ice looks bad, lots of snow and pucks hanging up on players. Quote

These game threads, even for home games, used to be so much more active. Now we're going minutes at a time without any posts. I was thinking the same thing. Looks for sure like the Sioux are carrying the play, but just can't finish. Eidsness looked good, and Connolly looked lost, and got lucky. Hope the 2nd brings some goals for the Sioux!!! Quote

Sioux_Hab-it Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Nice play by Blood there. Genoway owes him for the bailout on that play. Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Watching this game on my TV makes me consider getting a dish sooner than I was originally planning. While I have the setup to watch the video webcast on my 52" TV, it's just not nearly the same. Quote
jimdahl Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Connelly has had some really high quality saves this game. As to posts -- the funny thing is that traffic is about normal for a home game, people are reading but just lurking. Perhaps that is the national video effect... Quote
keikla Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Feinhage practically scored that goal himself 1-0 Wisco Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 GOAL! MILLER! Damn that was a beautiful shot. Quote
