another problem lies in the fact that the play-in team may have to play on 16 hours rest (from Thursday night to Friday afternoon) - which looks pretty likely again this year - if the gophs make it that is.

Well - Robbie was arrested by GF finest - charges were drawn up by some goofy county attorney and the whole thing was dimissed within a matter of minutes by a judge who saw that ordeal for what it was - nothing. And I highly doubt that the PD gets sued for false arrest unless they arrest the wrong person. The police also have all the discretion in the world - and usually let stuff like this go. I think perhaps that they must have gotten caught up with the status of the people they were dealing with.

OK another question - I've been involved in a few fights in my youth - but the police were never involved - let alone D.C. charges being brought against any of us. Why were the cops called in this situation?

well - yes and no as an arrest while on supervised release (or probation or whatever we want to call it) is not a good thing - even for littering

well - it can cover just about anyting that thet cops want it to. That US Senator from Utah pled guilty to d.c. for "tapping" his foot in the men's stall here at the MSP airport last year. I sincerely doubt that TJ did similar in this situation though. Who knows - perhaps it is a bogus deal by the cops and D.A. like what occured with Robiie outside of Judy's. That stupid thing went all the way to court until the judge threw it out for being worthless. Anyway - as far as I can tell - he was arrested for d.c. and has not been charged as of yet. We will see.

I was there and would have guessed the atendance to be around 400 - $6.50 for 12 oz. bottle of beer - I only bought one. Good game though.

I see that the Sioux are playing here this night. The Target Center site does not have this and I don't see tickets available on ticketmaster - how does one buy tickets for this game. I suppose I could go to the Targetcenter ticket office, eh?
