It would be a shame if SDSU doesn’t make the playoffs even with a loss next week. They are literally one of the top teams in the country and if the playoff field doesn’t include them why play in such a tough conference if that isn’t considered. I’m my opinion the MVFC deserves at least 5 teams if not 6. The bottom half of the top 25 are not impressive at all.

The FCS as a whole is pretty soft. A 6-5 record in the MVFC is comparable to a 8-3 record in a soft conference. There is still a chance but I agree it isn’t very big.

Why work when you get $300 per kid per month……… adds up to a lot of $$$$$$

Marginal? I would not take my family out in that weather for unnecessary travel. It’s just a game…

What’s the outsider opinion if UND wins next week and UNI loses? None of them in or does UND get a shot? What if UNI and UND wins? Here is their potential FCS records: 6-4 SDSU 6-4 UND 6-4 UNI which one gets in?

SDSU is not getting a seed with 3 loses…….

Could we have beaten JMU in the spring if we had this fall’s Defense? We seemed to figure out how to stop the run. Another observation about our depth on defense. If we were down this many starters in previous years we wouldn’t be pulling off wins or close games. Good to see our depth finally developing!

Mo St gives UNI another quality loss……… seriously why did Petrino let that happen. Mo St blew a big lead and pulled it out to win 34-27 UNI with an easier task next week at Western Ill to try and finish 6-5

Um SDSU’s number 1 sport is basketball……. If football was number 1 they would be trying to move to the CUSA with the Bison! But no they are content staying in the FCS. The only way UND puts football first is if the bandwagon Bison football fans come back home…….

Good game to give our depth some reps in big games, let’s see what they are made of!

A “ranked” UNI lost to this team 17-10 last week. So this game is about in-line with that.

I’ll worry about that at the end of the game if it comes down to that. Kelly predicted a defensive battle and we are seeing it except UND has finally figured out how to move the ball.

We are lucky if no one tries to steal a DC that runs a pretty good 3-4. Holinka keeps this defense improving and we will win even more. Been impressed this year

Are you worried at half with this score? Me, no. Team was playing well in the 2nd Qtr and I see it continuing in the second half
