The jerseys are over the top. I don’t mind the rest of the items because we would not have the amazing arena without him. Keep putting his name from and center constantly is nothing but an ego stroking. Are we going to worship him like a god for the rest of time? It’s just bad taste to do it during this destination game.

208 kick return yards yesterday did not put our defense in the best position, that needs to be fixed immediately! 116 combined return yards was bad enough against SDSU

He is a great back but just hard to take away touches from Hoos. He needs to be ready we may need him more later in the season

Not many people mentioned Ziebarth’s role in that last drive. We trusted him with the ball when it mattered says a lot about him . We needed to pound the ball and he had fresh legs. He gave hoos some rest for the final set of downs. Good to have three great backs that we can rely on!

The loss doesn’t bother me as much as how poorly this team has played so far. It concerns me for the rest of the season. It also doesn’t bother me one bit when the teams we play celebrate a win against us. If these HOF games don’t mean anything we might as well quit playing them!

Yeah UND must not be a championship program anymore by the way we have celebrated recent meaningless non conference wins…. why would ASU not treat it as a big game? Why would we not? It’s a destination game so that makes it big. Beating a ranked team in their house is also big for any program. Stop trying to minimize what they did just because we lost!

Or the meaningless win in OT against Minnesota last Saturday…… Seriously people need to get over it . Focus should be on our teams performance and not how other teams celebrate!

Making the playoffs means nothing if we are going to lose right away. That goes for both teams and neither looks good enough right now to win a playoff game……

We have to get to a frozen four first before we can lose in one……

Hockey will make the tournament, they won’t win it with how this team is playing……

No one remembers League titles …… we are expecting national titles, not some consolation prize!!! it’s either we are the top program or not!

It is not longer a destination. We cant even sell out the place anymore. Not sure what is causing it.

Why wouldn’t you celebrate that win? We made this into a big game and they won in front of a big crowd of opposing fans.

Massey ratings, also SIU and Nebraska continuing to lose doesn’t help

Bigger problem is this program was the TOP program back in the day and now we are just one of the top. UND hockey is losing its regional appeal to a point where Scheels carries more MSU beaver clothes than UND. Blame it on the logo maybe but there is way more Green and gold in all ND Scheels. This is not a positive sign. This problem is evident at hockey home games where now we struggle to sell out. This will unfortunately hold back the other programs because of less money coming in.

Exactly our fanbase must not have any fans with high expectations…… and with deep pockets……. get used to seeing Bubba until his contract expires, any complaints calling for him to be fired before that time just hurts the program because we all know we don’t have the $$$$ to do it!

Win out and UND might have a seed and could give the Bison their 3rd , 4th or even 5th loss if they destruct…..

They can afford much more so maybe. Would be a fun matchup either way but why do they have cupcakes playing cupcakes?

Not a good look to build a 50 million dollar facility when the core academic mission will have to cut millions. I get that it is private dollars but still shows how skewed Higher Education priorities are! cue the complaints on how und gets more subsidies from the state

fanbase expectations can go kick dirt if they are not backed up with $$$$$ it’s like the handful of ISU fans having high expectations but bring no money to the table, high fan expectations mean nothing to athletic directors!

Who bought Mussman out? Like many on this board have said no fan is ok with mediocre seasons and losing. Many don’t think we should have extended Bubba but we did and we can’t change that. UND made this disaster when we mocked NDSU’s move instead of going with them. We have been behind ever since and didn’t give Mussman any help.
