i've seen Luke open a few times today and Keaton forces it to WR or dumps it short to RB. If this is considered a pro style offense and never use or see the TEs open is crazy to me. This offense is hard to watch sometimes and the defense is not good. How does EW run this much against us?

Not sure of the injuries but Fl State seems to be going down the same road, 2-7 after last night. I think they were ranked #2 starting the season.

Wasn't one to completely blame the OC. But after these last few games it has become apparent that there needs to be some changes. Agree that the use of the offensive talent is being wasted.

Not nearly enough looks for the TE's. Fiedler and Cloyd could be big weapons if used right and ultimately help open the run game. Defense knows they don't throw to them. Today Fiedler was open at least 3 times and never got a look. Maybe due to pressure but seems they try and force the ball long instead of taking the 8-10 yard shots.

Fiedler played in the South Dakota game with puemonia (took antibiotics Tuesday before game) then played next week when he dislocated collar bone. Reason for him missing last three games.

It needs to be an option.

In the student/parent purchase was offered I'm sure it would happen and if needed raise some for the kids that cannot afford them. This really needs to happen for the kids as remeberance for the season down the road and how this class has raised the standard for the team.

Not aware of any of the players being asked if they want to purchase rings, assuming you are right and the schools don't pick up the Tab. What is the norm.

First Big Sky championship in DIV 1 football and the team will not be getting rings is unthinkable.

Any insight as to the offensive side of the ball, RB, WR, TE and OLine. Read a lot about the Defence but would like some thoughts on the Offence as we approach the Utah game and Fall practice for those out of the loop, thanks.

It was Fiedler the TE, but already back practicing last Friday.

How are the TE's looking?

I heard he is going home to be closer to his mom who is sick. Plans to walk on at FIU.

Soiux83, I believe the main point of this topic is that it was strongly recommended (required) that the players be on campus this summer and the issue is with these kids having to feed themselves over the summer workouts, lifting etc. I don't think there are any issues during the season as they are feed and eat at least 3 times a day thru the schools meal plans. I personally like the idea of the kids being on campus and working hard to get better, bigger and continue to build the program, but if mandated then some type of compensation or meals should be provided to feed the kids. Even if its only one meal a day which is better then nothing. Have teams in the past been required to be on campus for the entire summer break?

I'm late to the 2 deep discussion but wondering if anyone one has insight into if the TE's will have more of an impact this year. With Ruhe healthy and Fiedler now a red shirt freshman. Any one know how Fiedler will fit into the 2 deep discussion. During the signing day someone asked if he may be a down field threat this year?

Can anyone provide some feedback on the TE's being that they are finally going to be used in the offense scheme.

That's what I'm hoping. He is excited about hitting it hard and I would agree 20-25 lbs should be easy once he hits the weight program. Darn kid just starting getting arm pit hair this winter and closing in on 6-5 1/2. Really looking forward to the new offensive schemes under Coach Rudolph, should be exciting. Can't wait for games and meeting you all. Miss the great Midwest hospitality.
