I agree. I think Jordan is gone, although I think it would be a mistake. I don't see him playing big league for a while yet. My heart says Zane stays. If Jordan is all we lose for early next season, this team will again be solid. If Zane comes back, I see him with a Hobey.

I thought this also. He didn't take any second of any shift off and seemed to be an absolute pest while on the forecheck. Someone else who has been ragged on countlessly all season, who I believed was a key factor in getting out of the region was Luke Johnson. The kid played phenomenal this weekend. No bonehead penalties and seemed to absolutely thrive off the crowd.

Take note Sioux players, no big hits in two weeks.

Watching on TV last night was crazy with the shot blocking. It was all the announcers were talking about, how St. Cloud couldn't get anything through to Zane after the first goal.

After the guy called for the penalty was boarded in the opposite corner.

I thought I saw towards the end of the game that we were pretty solid again in faceoffs. Stay out of the box. Don't make bonehead mistakes. Finally, keep a body on Eichel. Make him feel like he's wearing a North Dakota jersey. Do this, and I like the boys chances.

I thought Johnson did pretty solid in faceoff tonight. Maybe I was wearing tinted glasses.
