  1. It's streaming on CBS Sports Network, which is available via a free trial of DirecTV Now, Hulu Live TV, Playstation Vue, Fubo TV, and depending on your location, Youtube TV. I believe each of these services have a 7 day free trial.
  2. Is this a bad time to bring up the runner-up is the next year's champion trend? 2014 Denver over Miami 2015 Miami over St. Cloud St. 2016 St. Cloud St. over UMD 2017 UMD over UND 2018 UND over ????? Go Sioux
  3. Yeah they added it before the season. It's been a nice addition for watching the UND games when they are on. I've been a Vue subscriber for almost 2 years now and it's been solid.
  4. If my math is correct, I think big win in hostile crowd - guilt for BS offsides call on opposing goal = regular win. It felt like a regular win.
  5. Agreed. If I were a BU player last year the victory would have felt that much sweeter with all the UND fans there. The bottom line is that as long as Fargo/Sioux Falls regionals sell well UND will keep bidding and they will keep coming here.
  6. Even allowing exceptions for campus sites (like with Notre Dame) would help. Why couldn't the West Regional be in Fargo/Sioux Falls and the Midwest in Madison? For that matter, even not using campus sites, couldn't Fargo/Sioux Falls and St. Paul host regionals in the same year? If Worcester and Bridgeport or Manchester and Providence can host in the same year why can't we do that in the west? Without any changes, it seems likely that the West Regional will be in a rotation between Fargo, Sioux Falls and St. Paul and the Midwest regional will continue to be a big question mark.
  7. I really like the different striping on each arm.
  8. Not sure about the app on Roku, Apple TV, etc., but on iOS, the CBS Sports app allows you to log in with a selection of cable providers: Notably, this includes DirecTV Now, fuboTV, hulu, PlayStation Vue, and Youtube TV, which all should have free trials available if you do not currently get CBS Sports Network.
  9. We know Atlantic Hockey will take one spot away. The remaining 4 teams in the Big 10 are all in the top 12 so we don't need to worry about them. The WCHA (3), Hockey East (6) and ECAC (6) all have several non-top 15 teams left that could spoil things. Obviously we need to take care of our own business, but Mankato, Providence, Northeastern, Cornell and Clarkson should all be gaining some fans down the stretch here. EDIT - I see jdub beat me to the punch here.
  10. Ah. I once played my brother in NHL on xbox and refused to change from wearing black jerseys after he picked black jerseys and it was a disaster.
  11. Any chance we see the business suits on senior night after a win tonight?
  12. Yeah I thought it was wild that the Herald thought it was necessary to run an article quoting asking prices. Maybe I'll list mine for $1 million each. The hottest ticket on the planet!
  13. Anyone have good recommendations for hotels? It will be the first trip to Vegas for my wife and I and we're planning on staying a few extra days.
  14. I think he just meant if you had bought it yourself online rather than locally it would have ended up costing roughly the same.
  15. Moy's latest with a tantalizing West Regional: http://www.uscho.com/2018/02/07/bracketology-no-new-teams-matchups-starting-get-interesting/ We'll likely end up with Corrnell, Canisius and Clarkson or something but it's fun to dream.
  16. Didn't Rhodes sign a big extension before this season?
  17. It appears that this weekend, which should be the biggest non-Gopher weekend of the year, is more of the same. Saturated market, depressed prices.
  18. Did anyone else see this? The Cincinnati Cyclones are wearing Mighty Ducks inspired jerseys on Saturday. They are changing jerseys each period, which is fitting. Link: http://cycloneshockey.com/game/2018/01/27/25th-anniversary-of-the-mighty-ducks
  19. A guy that was in my fraternity went to that school. People used to have him get shirts for them.
  20. I think this has a lot to do with it too. But I've struggled to even get face for tickets. I'm usually not trying to gouge people on prices.
  21. Is it just me or does the resale market seem to be softer this year? It could just be the combination of opponents and non-student games, but I've struggled to get cost back on seats a lot of weeks that I haven't been able to attend and have seen lots of lower bowl seats in the $25-$30 range. I imagine we'll see a rebound with Denver and St. Cloud but i'm curious what others have seen.
