I keep wondering why people complain about building things in Grand Forks.‘what’s wrong with a strip mall, you don’t want the services? isn’t it nice to be able to pull into a strip mall and purchase things without going to a huge Walmart or target or Costco to get something you need? please keep building these things and maybe Grand Forks can start catching up to Fargo and Bismarck, I also see the Sanford purchase of land as a good thing for Grand Forks, it will bring a surge in development and won’t hurt Altru just my 2 cents.

Would like to see restaurants with half order plates. As I get older I can’t eat the amount of food you get. some places do,have it but not very many charge 2/3 of whole plate ate at a place the other day and shared a plate , was 1/3 the price of the whole plate but you get extra salad and soup which was very fair

I’m sure some 0n this board will find things wrong with offering ND kids back 20+ years ago a 7 foot kid from bowbells ended up at Iowa, don’t think he played much before his senior year but ended up to be a darn good player sometimes takes awhile to develop players today people would complain if we recruited a kid named Phil Jackson because he was skinny glad to see the offers to ND kids
