Seems like there were a few times we should have run it up the middle on first down, or other times. Seemed like we were pretty successful running up the middle. But will have to watch the game again to see.

As I think I mentioned once before the game, we have to take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself. That is a good example of when we didn't, a long with fumbling the ball away before half when going in for the tying score. I hate NDSU, but they always made those plays in those games when it mattered. They uncannily made those key plays every time when it mattered for like 10 straight years.

Here is the thing for me. I'm f'ing pissed off about today so don't say crap about low expectations. I'm pissed. But our defense I think played pretty well. F SDSU and NDSU, I want to beat them both! And for the love of God can we make an extra point wtf!

The ONLY f'ing good thing about this is I hope our team comes in pissed off as hell against SDSU. I want a win against SDSU. I hope this loss sits in their crawl all season!

Here are some pics. Some like to complain about whomever, but well planned nice event with a good turnout. They even had the band march down the street an hour into the gathering.....to have everyone come outside. They had UND necklaces and pompom cheer things to give away to people. Was a fun night! Not doing a game score prediction here. Week 1 - I had Z with breakout game Week 2 - my prediction was Elioder was gonna have a big play, but was busy before the game and didn't get online to post it before the game started. Kicking myself for not getting on and posting that. Week 3 - I am actually going back to Elioder for another big play.

9-2 would definitely be a step up, and given our schedule this year it would likely Warrant a Top 8 seed in the playoffs. Although at this point I thinks it's useless on both sides to continue to go round and round. 24 hours from now I think we'll have a better idea of what kind of team we've got.

Well no matter what, our team shouldn't be intimidated at all after opening at Nebraska last year and playing well for 3 quarters. This moment shouldn't be too big for them at all. 4 quarters and get it done!

Made it to Boise!

Supposed to be 91 in Boise on Saturday, but since game is at 10:00 there it won't hit 90 by 1:00.

You must have a nightly nightmare each night about Tommy starting.......and Kostich pacing the UND sidelines. Although those nightmares are probably followed up with having fantasies about UND having Irish pregame celebrations and rituals.

Have to disagree on this....have always loved the green solid top and white pants. The current green jerseys look like a peewee teams jersey or something. I do really like the Black jerseys as well though, but still like to see a good traditional green solid top with white pants at home games sometimes. I think our road whites are probably as good as they've ever been, mostly I think because the green on the helmets is so nice and pops against the white.

IMO it wouldn't make sense to move Jerry up to #2 this year if Tommy never gets hurt and the #2 just comes in for mop up duty etc., wouldn't make sense to burn his shirt for mop up duty. However, if Tommy would go down with a season ending injury in say week 7 or 8 or something, then I think they'd have to take a look to see who would give us the best chance the rest of the way. I think when Tommy came in against Sam Houston as a true freshman, he was listed as the #4 QB. 1 and 2 went down.....and coaches new Tommy gave us the best chance to win even though there was someone listed ahead of him on the depth chart.

Hey man I actually totally agree. Although we used to be on the losing end saying if that one play went different we woulda had them. Now we are saying for the opponent, if one play woulda went different.......we probably wouldn't have had a 20 plus point lead in the 4th quarter. #progress
