Dumb play, but weak flag

Freshman playing in 2nd half to lead comeback against us where the only 2 losses we've had at home recently to the National Champions.

Please Tom Miller ask Bubba why he went for 2 there, I'd like to hear the explanation.

Going for 2 right there HAS to make you question the head coaches ability to make key decisions. That should have been an easy decision.

Why go for 2? If we get extra point we are up by 12 and they are forced to score 2 TD's to win. Now they are a TD and FG from the tie. Why is being up 13 instead of 12 worth going for 2???

So much for us getting a late TD and a better looking win of 28-10.

We have two nice runs up the middle in a row. So we go to an empty back set and throw a pass outside for a loss of 1. Like the defense didn't know one of those quick out passes was coming? That is all we throw. Thankfully we still got the first down

Instead of flea flicker, put Klein in and do a jump ball down the sidelines. More than likely a catch or pass interference.

If Feeney didn't go on to start the 4th last week, no way they have the balls to put him in here.

Sadly part of me is wondering if it's better to lose, because we definitely will not beat USD and we will be 7-5 and out of the playoffs. Maybe that would force some change? Although could force a contract extension too. Our ceiling this year is winning one home playoff game IF we get that far. Same sh*t different year.

I do agree with you. However the last possession we ran on first and second down and got a net 1 yard. OL need to do better

Well we ran on 2nd down and lost a yard. If you can't run the ball, makes play calling a lot more difficult. I'll put this more on the line, but Danny does need to figure something out..... quickly.
