  1. Haven't found a connection exactly but looks like his father played at Pitt. He also says he if football doesn't work he wants to be an engineer or businessman. http://www.thealmanac.net/article/20130910/SPORTS/130919979#.UwWG6X-9KSP Perone acquired some of his talent from his father, Mike. He played quarterback at Franklin Regional before Pitt turned him into a tight end. But, Perone has also honed his skills and his mobility, in part to his early participation in baseball.
  2. Datrice is yes but jack Darnell is someone with und connections from the same school who is a talented player.
  3. Haven't seen it in here but I know alot of talk a while ago was of Cameron Hughes. Looks like he has since committed to Wisconsin. They say is arrival date is open-ended so maybe next year if someone leaves early. http://host.madison.com/sports/college/hockey/badgers-men-s-hockey-cameron-hughes-makes-his-choice/article_a9a692de-8de4-11e3-a64d-001a4bcf887a.html
  4. John Simonson had another goal and assist and a +3 rating in tonight's win over Dubuque. Christian Cakebread still isn't playing.
  5. Is there a 2015 because I believe there is a lot of interest in Musumo Datrice. Somef players at Champlin Park with und connections (Jack Darnell) that would be a nice addition.
  6. Christian Evers gets a -2 rating in a loss to Indiana. Ryan Mantha gets the same for his Indiana team. Christian Cakebread doesnt play tonight. Does anyone know the his status? John Simonson gets another goal and assist in the win versus Fargo. Chris Wilkie takes 3 shots and took a penalty. Nick Schmaltz has a -1 rating with 4 shots he also took a penalty.
  7. He is already signed is bio is on undsports under baseball already
  8. Dylan Harrison from Manitoba
  9. None at the hockey game. There was a baseball recruit though
  10. Tri-City gets shutout 6 to 0 as Austin Poganski gets a -1 rating with 2 shots and 2 penalty minutes. And Chris Wilkie is even with a shot and 4 penalty minutes. John Simonson had a goal and an assist as Lincoln beats Fargo in overtime. +1 on 5 shots and 2pims. Same game Christian Cakebread also scores on his only shot in the game. Cam Johnson is on the bench for waterloo and Hayden Shaw goes -1 with 2 shots. Dayns Chartrand doesnt do much for flin flon.
  11. Christian Evers gets a goal and a penalty well getting an even rating. Chris Wilkie assists the lone goal for Tri-City but an -2 rating. Ryan Mantha doenst get a point but a +2 rating for the winning Indiana team. Jack Rowe has a goal but -1 rating. Omaha and Lincoln were in a shoot-out in a 7 to 5 Omaha win. Tucker Poolman had 2 goals and a plus 2 rating on 6 shots also had a 2 minute fighting minor. John Simonson had 2 assists and a plus 2 rating with 8 shots in the game. Hayden Shaw gets a assist and 2 PIMs in Cam Johnson's first lost as a for Waterloo. Cam gave up 3 goals on 36 shots. Christian Cakebread gets -1 rating and serve a 2 minute bench minor. Charlie Pelnik is even and 2 minutes of penatly going into overtime. Rhett Gardner is even with two penalty minutes as well
  12. Emma Nuutinen have to think that she's getting a strong look. Alina Müller is a 98 birthday so a few years away but might be a good little player.
  13. Some interesting names you have to think peter is interested in playing in the Olympics.
  14. I believe the venue gets to set the games so we wouldn't play day one and then afterwards it would be us playing right before hockey so you can walk straight into hockey. Than if we make it to the final it would be close to the same than.
  15. The chance of that are worse than it being at the Ralph. Haha
  16. It will defiantly be at the Betty. That would also possibly be the weekend the men's team would be hosting playoffs as we'll which would completely eliminate the possibility. The chances of it being at the Ralph are essentially zero.
  17. Riley Simpson is a forward for spruce grove. He has 14 points in 26 games.
  18. I would guess there is some interest in both. Tye will need some years of juniors to get bigger (hopefullyhe still has room to grow also) and prove he can compete with the bigger players. Riley seems to be playing well for spruce grove. Will need a few more years though probably reevaluate after next year. He is owned by Edmonton though so he might want to stay close to home.
  19. Last Night Rhett Gardner has a goal and an assist but an even rating in a 6-2 win
  20. Ryan Mantha getting some praise by The Hockey News http://www.thehockeynews.com/blog/nhl-prospect-hot-list-baillie-battles-haters/
  21. Nick Schmaltz gets 4 assists and a +3 rating as Green Bay beats a really good Dubuque team. Ryan Mantha doesn't do anything really for Indiana as he just gets credited for 2 shots. Hayden Shaw gets a -1 rating as Waterloo loses. Cam Johnson on the bench again.
  22. Ryan Mantha gets kept off of the score chart but is +1 for the game. Chris Wilkie gets an assist but a -2 rating tonight. Austin Poganski is a -1. Christain Cakebread also -1 as Fargo gets destroyed 7 to 0. Nick Schmaltz assists Green Bay's only goal. Hayden Shaw took a checking from behind call, misconduct and roughing for 14 penalty minutes. Cam Johnson on the bench tonight. Slightly disappointed in lack of playing time for him. John Simonson scores another goal tonight but gets a -1 rating. Tucker Poolman stays even with no points. Zach Yon was on an unofficial visit at the game tonight unfortunately.
  23. Hes at Sioux City now 7 points in 35 games this year with a +8 rating. Seems to have had a lot of potential in his younger years but it just seemed to drop since he played for the U-17 team
  24. 1. Nick Schmaltz has the most potential by far 2. Shane Gersich would probably come in at two in potential very skilled player. 3. Tucker Poolman probably D-man of the year in the USHL tons of potential. His dad will get him a lot bigger too. 4. Cam Johnson is 3 and 0 since he got traded and is alot better than his Fargo stats show. Back-up to Goth when he gets here. 5. Chris Wilkie has showed this year that he can make an impact. 6.Ryan Mantha is another big bodied D-Man 7.Trevor Olson is a big bodied power forward. 8. Christain Evers is a few years away but looks the part of a physical D-Man. 9.Hayden Shaw has the tools to be a good puck moving plus/minus guy 10. Christain Cakebread is playing for a really bad team but is still really young.
  25. Yea I saw that it was out of date but figured there must have been some interest in him at some point. Seems to have had a lot of potential originally but looks to have drop somewhat significantly.
