Yes it is play tomorrow night essentially to go to the national tournament.
-
http://ajhl.ca/media-centre/news-archives.html?newsID=4610 Rhett Gardner named to the all rookie team. Also Trevor Olson is in the lineup tonight first time since November.

Don't know much about SD hockey here but anyone good enough to get a look at? Or do most need a year or two of juniors before colleges start looking, granted most HS hockey players need at least a year?
-
She is a sophomore. And has already use a redshirt so 2 more years. Maybe can get a medical redshirt because of how much time she missed this year though
-
They also talked about possible problems off the field with him. I don't think bubba wants any of that attention or attitude (thinking he's better than the teams that wanted him)
-
Thanks. It looked like there was at least 3 maybe 4 more recruits on campus this weekend but I don't know who they were.
-

Alina Müller Switzerland (15) Anna Shokhina Russia (16) Yelena Dergachyova Russia (19)

Thanks. Heard the coaches are really high on her.

SJHL has a terrible system for getting stats that is the best I could find haha. Having a hard time figuring out what kind of player he will be.
-
I know of her and the girl I saw didn't look like her. Also I believe her sister is committed to Ohio State or something like that.

Christian Evers gets a plus 1 in the loss to Dubuque. Ryan Mantha stays even in the win vs Chicago. Cam Johnson saves 35 of 37 saves in the loss to Muskegon. Hayden Shaw gets 6 shots on goal. Jack Rowe gets 1 shot in the win. John Simonson gets another goal but goes -1 with 3 shots and 2 PIMs. Tucker Poolman in an uncharacteristic game for him stays pointless and -2 with 3 shots. Nick Schmaltz gets 2 assists in the win but stays even. Chris Wilkie stays even with 3 shots and Austin Poganski gets a goal and assist with an even rating. It looks like Poganski is really finding his niche with Tri-city now. Dayns takes a penalty for Flin Flon.

Does anyone know of a play committed from the Saint Louis, MO area??
-
That would be Brian Anderson
-
And they just arrived at the basketball game with Maurice and Schmidt.
-
Brendan Slaight is the third one. He is an offensive lineman from California. 6-7 325 tackle http://rivals.yahoo....-Slaight-146144 http://www.hudl.com/athlete/o/1430066/highlights/82123376

Also looks like Brian Anderson is expected to be here. JC MLB. Looks like he originally went to Arkansas State and moved badck http://jcfootball.sc...c=1&nid=7244902 http://www.cccaaspor...ianandersonqzgh Pretty sure this is Brian. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2696098/brian-anderson watching him I really like him especially since we didn't get a true middle linebacker already in this class.
-
The women have a recruit on campus for next year already. Emma Contino from Colorado.
-
Looks like they are expecting a Charles Flowers on campus today. He's a cornerback. http://www.citrusowl...rs_charles_nmoh Played at Citrus College. http://www.hudl.com/...charles-flowers

Cam Johnson comes in for relive of midseason first team goal Cal Peterson and makes 10 of 10 saves. Hayden Shaw -1 in the game. For Indiana Ryan Mantha gets a goal on 6 shots. Jack Rowe is even with one shot. John Simonson gets a goal on 5 shots in the win over Tri-City.. Austin Poganski gets a goal on 6 shots in the loss and Chris Wilkie is a -1 with 3 shots. Over the boards on a couple of people mentioned here. Link: http://overtheboards.net/select-70-top-uncommitted-prospects-february-2014/ 41. 97 F Tanner Tweten - East Grand Forks High School – 6’2 – 198 Big, coordinated hybrid power forward with some skill and craftiness to boot. Doesn’t force plays and can cause fits on the forecheck. Works hard at both ends of the ice. USHL rights owned by Des Moines. 33. 96 F John Peterson - Holy Family Catholic – 5’10 – 159 Confident skater accelerates to top speed very quickly and has a ton of skill on the puck. Makes plays at high speed and really thrives on the transition. USHL free agent, WHL rights owned by Everett. 15. 97 F Robby Jackson - Chicago Steel – 5’9 – 174 California-native’s hockey sense and offensive ability has seen him emerge as the USHL’s leading under-17 goalscorer, with 18 goals. WHL rights are owned by Tri-City. 20. 98 F Kieffer Bellows - Edina High School – 5’11 – 195 Bull of a forward with game-shattering scoring ability and a pro build, Bellows is built to dominate and does just that, as he’s tough to contain and has skill to spare at the high school level. WHL rights are owned by Portland. 21. 98 F Mitchell Mattson – Grand Rapids High School – 6’2 – 165 Like Tufte, Mattson has come into his own this season. The tall, lanky forward finished the season with 17 points in his last 10 games and if he continues to develop at this clip, will be a serious offensive threat at the next level. WHL rights are owned by Portland. 50. 97 D Tye Ausmus - East Grand Forks High School – 5’7.25 – 150 Where Ahcan unveiled an offensive side, Ausmus’ production went down this season, but he’s still effective defensively and uses his speed to negate opportunities. USHL rights owned by Lincoln.

http://www.hudl.com/athlete/o/2579298/highlights/77189398 Probably was waiting to see if he would get an offer from one of the bigger schools that had interest in him or was working on getting his grades up.
-
Does anyone know if the hartness twins from Davies are good enough to play at this level. 6-3 180 athletes are always good to have but can they compete.
-
http://www.hudl.com/athlete/o/2015594/highlights/80825398 I think if he comes here he will play CB. Has good hands and pretty good hips. Not a huge amount of defensive highlights in the video so I would like to see some more form tackles. Would be a good get though it looks like.
-
Will probably need a few years if better competition to make it here. Someone to look forward to is a shattuck player and soon to be force player Anthony Petrella. Also we might need to start looking to the colorado thunderbirds. Lots of players, especially at cc and du played there (I think Slavin and olsson), Callan Foote is the next stud dman to play there son of former nhler. Lots of people are asking about international players to and Ivan Provorov from Cedar Rapids is pretty impressive. Probably going hockey east or big 10 though former teammate is committeed to penn state. Trent Frederic (St. Louis Blues AAA U16) and Logan Brown (Indiana Jr. Ice U16) are to really big forwards 6-2 and 6-4 respectively. Trent is small though only at 180. There are two NTDP guys, U17's Luke Kirwan (forward) and Zach Werenski (defense) but I'm always nervous when they are owned by OHL teams. Both have great upside though.

There is a potential issue which is what the selection committee cares about. They still don't want it in the second round as best they can.
