5 weeks from today this should be an interesting thread after the San Jose game.

There was a post after spring ball that he was one of the recruits that might be leaving. That is why I asked.

I see Zack Selland is on the current roster.

I see Brandon Anderson was picked as one of the top ten OL in the Big Sky by the Billings Gazette. Good for him.

I listened to the interview as well. Very hard to heard Bubba with all the background noise. But it was typical Bubba, we are working hard, trying to improve everyday. lunch pail work ethic. Bubba plays a little golf in a floppy hat, mild manner and just glad to be there. We haven't shown the Bobcats anything the last 2 years. Lost our top receivers, QB's threw a bunch of interceptions. According to Colter(Bobcat guy) best if we mail it in cause we are not going to win any games. We could save a bunch on travel cost if we mail it in. Bubba should check on that save on the budget. Hope not cause I already booked my room to watch the game in Bozeman. I have only seen UND play the Bobcats 3 times. The last 2 years and when Dave Osborn was a senior. We won that game on a last minute FG. The series is 16-13-1 for the Bobcats. We open conference play with the Bobcats this season. I'm so looking forward to that game. Maybe Bubba should be called Bubba the fox. Sly as fox at that. We might be flying so low on the radar could be a submarine. Last the Bobcats were picked to win the conference. just a poll and something to talk about. Let's play the games, just for the hell of it.

At least on paper our defense is upgraded considerably. I believe the sacks and interceptions will increase for our defense. By eliminating most of the penalties in the undisciplined nature, this will keep us close to most of the teams. Bubba is a has the poise to develop this team faster than a lot of coaches. I'm really looking forward to watching this team play.

I agree. Much closer than the score. Bubba's discipline will keep most games close and winnable.

For this team to reach .500 or better we will need few injuries and they will need to jell. I am so impressed with the coaching staff. The staff is well disciplined, so I would expect some real leaders to step up.

Ceislak has speed and strength might be able to contribute this year. The film on Carter and Francis looks good. I'm getting excited. Secured my season tickets and tailgate pass. I read on one of the Montana board's a post having us a 1-6 after seven weeks. We shall see.

I agree on the wild cards. I would like some nice surprises. Injuries will be a real key. We are thin all over. After last year I thought DB's would be our biggest weakness. Bubba has brought in some good ones so I feel better about that I think will surprise some of the Big Sky teams.

How about the DL or LB. We need someone or someones to step up and perform. Sack leader, TFL's, blitzing demon and Slobknocker push 'em back performers. Whom could this be? Hinojosa, Labatt, Idowu, Walker, Cummings, Ratelle, Nelson.

I noticed the new roster is posted. It brought to mind, who will be the leaders on this team. Any newcomers?

Roughnecks would be better. Visions of manhandling Lumberjacks, catching Bobcats and Griz with bare hands, hogtieing Bison. Could be a good mascot.

This is a long progress. Last year spring ball, much of what we heard from coaches was flying around making plays. Obviously someone wasn't coaching.

Do you think Cedric will be pumped for the season opener. San José.

Is everybody feeling better about our coaching staff now? We have 15 recruits and appears some very good ones. And more on the way. Faison made a great choice IMO. Yes maybe took too long but Bubba has put together a great staff that can recruit. I am definitely looking forward to Bubba Ball. It is 3rd and long. On your feet.

I read in a twitter that he was seeking counsel from his coach after discussions with all three schools again. Wish Ezra the best as this is a big decision. Anyone know what his career choice is?

Walker has deceptive speed. Kind of reminds me of Burnell. Defense can't seem to get their arms around him and many just bounce off.

With the recruits coming in, it will be fun to watch Bubba's defense. The turnaround has started. watching Chris Carter highlights, I saw him make some nice plays on a red field. I want to see some of them this fall when we play at EWU. Chris will look good locking down one of their rec's. Look forward to good news today.
