To say the whistle is blown you have to blow the whistle, a refs can just say they attended to. Sounds like a rule change is needed for these type of issues.

UND controlled the game, outside of the garbage 5, Minnesota wasn't really into the game. If Orleans Arena can get the glass issue fixed and bring NHL style boards and glass. It would be a nice arena for UNLV if they go D1.
