With how his current season is going, now (that the whole hockey world is watching) is not the time to get cute with his roster/deployment. Last night was fairly obvious there was favoritism going on.
Zellers should be top 6 on this team. Nothing can convince me otherwise. Mooney on top pp did nothing but hold pucks way too long. He’s skilled, but again, doesn’t really play a team game.
Verhoeff snuck through, Mackenzie made it as expected. He looked really solid last night. Curious if he’s top 4 come the real games. Hopefully we get him for more than a year
