You know nothing about hockey. Nchc has legit powers in denvee, und, and Miami. Cc is no sloutch, SCSU made it to the frozen four last year, uno is building an arena bigger than Penn state, and umd recently won a natty and has a new arena as well.

I agree with you if it wasn't clear. I think hockey east the big and the NCHC will battle for the top for years.

I think the Big 10 will be good for college hockey in the long run. Success there could prompt larger schools in the west to add hockey down the road and the NCHC would be the logical landing spot for any large school. Their downfall is only having six schools, obviously.

You're basing the legitimacy of a conference on one season? The NCHC has two of the top five programs of all time... look at the programs at each member institution and tell me the conference is on par with the ECAC, please...

Nchc is a premier d1 conference for its sport.

And no, they are not like the summit or mvfc, because neither has a tv deal.

NCHC is legit. We get shafted because we get no games for football and should get a higher percentage of the contracted games for hockey.
