  1. I don't think this lawsuit will go very far.
  2. and Winnipeg (Helle did win the Venzia after all)
  3. Houston fired their head coach and GM today. Im glad. O’Brien was wasting Watson’s career. Get him a real coach.
  4. What if Lance went to the Cowboys......
  5. Wasn’t this UCAs 4th game already?
  6. That’s not a bad situation to be in and that’s what i am hoping for tbh.* avoid the bears please *if he does decide to leave right now.
  7. I wonder if there any follow up to that and if they are still thinking about it. Nevertheless, the main part of your post was sound. The WAC appears to have a plan.
  8. I think your general argument about WAC FB is a good one. We will see what happens.
  9. Since 2020 has lasted forever, I must have missed this. When did Utah Valley say they were starting FB?
  10. All jokes aside. It just amazes me how the WAC has managed to stay alive as a conference. I thought they would have been done many times over in these past few years.
  11. Yup, but at least we got Alcala for Pressly. Hendriks wasn't throwing near 100 when the Twins had him so I don't know where that came from. Kintzler was a whiff of a trade.
  12. *holds envelope to head Cockroaches Twinkies The WAC conference open envelope name three things that can survive a nuclear war.
  13. No matter your thoughts on Trump, this isn’t good to have the leader of the free world is compromised with a virus and be stuck in the White House for 2 weeks.
  14. So this is what they had for standings As I stated, this is certainly plausible for UND to finish in the top 3, it is also plausible for them to finish 6th or 7th. UND/NDSU/USD/Omaha: You could write their names, put them in a hat and draw them out one by one to come up with an order and be right. The only decision I'll disagree with is with Denver. I think they are a much better team than WIU and UMKC at should be ranked at least 7th. They could be a team that sneaks into the top half as well. Going to be some good ball played this year in the Summit and next year will be even better. Having DAE and Rebraca as a core helps. Nero needs to live up to the billing, the sophomores need to take a step forward, and our transfers need to be ready to go. Hope one of our freshman can come in and have an impact from day 1 as well. I'm getting excited.
  15. Rotation: I would like them to see them add a starter by trade or FA. If Bauer is being serious about taking 1 year deals... I would overpay to see if he would come here. Worst case: I'd see if Odo wouldn't come back for another "prove it" deal The fifth spot, let Dobnak, Duran, and even Balazovic battle for it. Maeda needs to repeat next year, Pineda needs to pitch for his next and final contract, Berrios needs to put it together and finally be a top flight starter. Pen: Try and keep Clippard and May around. Have a legit discussion for the closer role. Wild Card: I would consider grooming Alcala for the role. See if you can't snag another power arm in free agency. Outfield: Decide between Kepler and Rosario to trade. Give the kid Kirilloff the job. Bring Rooker as well to be the 1B/OF/DH. I'd consider letting Cave go and give the at bats to Wade. I'd consider giving Buxton an extension (with a couple million more than he should get to smooth hard feelings from 2018) and hold my breath. Find a way to keep him healthy. Infield: Mar-go is gonzo. Sano needs to fix his swing or consider moving him next offseason. Give Donaldson some breaks in the infield if calves are going to be an issue. Polanco needs a bounce back or perhaps he could be shipped out since Lewis is nearly ready. At some point, need to see what Gordon can bring to the table at the major league level. Hope Luis can get healthy and make a run for a batting title. Catcher: Jeffers and Garver. Starting position should be up for grabs. DH: Split it between Rooker/Sano/Donaldson. I don't think Cruz comes back This season the main question is going to be: How much does the Buxton/Sano/Rosario/Kepler/Polanco/Berrios core remain when the team heads back to Florida in February.
  16. Rocco can't take many more flameouts and keep his job.
  17. They are playing their sports, just a 30% reduction of their season. So 18 basketball/hockey games instead of 26
  18. MSHSL approved a 30% reduction of winter scheduled. But winter sports will go as scheduled.
  19. Today is decision day on winter sports in MN. Be interesting to see what they come up with here.
  20. I’ll have to dig later to see how everything else shook out, but it’s Plausible.
  21. I'll say stuff about the players in another post, but for the coaching staff Rocco.... you and your staff need to do some soul searching this offseason and decide what changes you need to make in your in-game decisions.
  22. The issue the Twins face is a changing and toughening Central Division. Indians seem to churn out starters like crazy and at some point they will get a competent offense to match. White Sox have the bats and the arms in the pen, all they need is one more starter to pair with Gio and Dallas and they are an AL contender (*ew) Tigers are going to get better with their youth and could be on a similar path like the White Sox had a few years ago. Royals might be the furthest away, but they have some arms again.
  23. If they are trading Polanco, they must think Lewis is ready.
