They'll have more than enough talent to contend. Will the standard remain the same though? That makes a night and day difference.

I wouldn't want Schleusner back. He seemed to coddle his wrs unlike his predecessor who was a hard ass.

I miss the days when student sections could be out of line and profane and get away with it.

Kleinsassers teams and Diggers team also pounded teams and looked good doing it with the black pants at home.

Green jersey with black pants. It's a mean look and it worked well for those smashmouth teams. The change to white pants at home coincided with softer UND teams. We need to get back to pounding the piss out of teams.

I'm pretty pumped to see how the coaches handle getting this class together and am looking forward to a refreshing change of philosophy.

I know for a fact that PJ and Shaugs worked just as hard as Jake. Who knows why some players played and others didn't.

Kind of like what happened at NDSU which basically set up their dynasty.

Baukol is a great SC coach. He wasn't the problem. The culture of the team was, maybe that started at the top? If players don't buy in to what the SC coach is selling then they won't get results. Also it's not like we had a bunch of superb athletes out on the field last year.

Notice the spike in revenue in 2006? Good hockey and good football equals success for the athletic department.

We have a couple unis from the 30s that would be sweet. We could do legit throwbacks with them.

Class lasts unlike fads. We should find a sharp signature style and stick with it.

The new helmets are over 300 a pop and that's with a bulk discount.

I do think having best of 3 games series at the higher seeds home rink would put a little more energy into the college hockey tournament. It's so boring to watch two teams play in front of 25 people.

That and the poorly timed pa pass when they were pounding the rock. Both poor choices.
