UMass Lowell is fast.... Very fast. I'd be nice to have speed and skill like they do with our forwards.

I've been saying this all year. This team isn't that good. They just aren't. They lack scoring ability and have to rely on guys that in years past would have been fourth liners to score goals. Grimaldi is the only forward with a lot of elite skills but he can't get the puck in the net. There are too many people who treat the hockey team like the NDSUs football team is treated in Fargo. Not every player that laces em up for UND is automatically elite. A lot of people on here need to be real for once and realize that we need better forwards to do anything in march.

How bout that 6 on 4 power play last night? Players brings puck into offensive zone and chips it behind the net to a waiting Miami defensemen. Just cause he was productive doesn't mean he wasn't a diva. Much like some of the seniors from football this past year, good riddance. The program will be better with a cohesive team that plays hard always and plays together.

Honestly, good riddance to Huff and his !@#$ attitude. Maybe next year we'll have a basketball team and not a bunch of individuals.

They also mentioned that the coaches are just plain better and that guys understand what they need to do within the scheme 10x better. Let's hope they can unleash guys like Ratelle and Labat and Norberg.

Had a good conversation with a couple of people in the program today. They talked about how much more organized the new staff is and how clear Bubba's vision is. It's rubbing off on the players and it's basically what they were waiting for from Mussman.
