I like our team. I wish we had Clive available for obvious reasons but our team has grit. The OL was night and day better in the fourth quarter yesterday against a supposedly really good MAC front seven. Football is a funny game and teams can get rolling and start to stack up wins in a hurry. I think our guys kind of found out who they really are yeaterday and our defense finally seems to be predatory even against the pass. I liked what I saw for three quarters yesterday, and loved the second half. Look for that second half to carry over to the rest of the season.

Toivonen and Wanzek made some plays today. Improve their speed and they will be dangerous.

Saw Cieslak had a sling on at the end of the game. Hopefully it's not too serious... he's a monster. Anyone know of any other injuries?

I personally would've gone to OT since our defense was pretty dominant. Easy for me to say though. The d played great after the first two tds. They dominated. The OL was terrible for a lot of this game. They seemed to get better as the game wore on which is encouraging. I feel terrible that we had it go off our finger tips but our team showed guts. 0-2 but by a tiny margain. Time to pile up the wins.

The OL needs to do better than that.... They're killing us today. Absolutly killing us. I think we should keep Santiago in the backfield and pass the ball. It's wide open when he's in because they key on him so much.

It's bounce back time in Ohio for someone. This is a matchup that could spell disaster for either team. The weather could also play a huge role today. Either way both teams could really use a win. It's a very complex situation and a different one for each guy. You can't help but feel bad for some of them and others not so much.

Some of the players they get are hardly literate what else would you expect? If nobody ever expected those kids to do anything other than ball in highschool how could they possibly be prepared for college?
