Mussman teams had some big hogs.

We have a ton of guys that need to transform their bodies this winter. Here is where I think all guys that are at least rsfr should be by next year. Tank should gain 10-15 lbs and get above 300. Cieslak should lose 10-15 and be about 280. Same muscle, just a little quicker and leaner. Greer should add at least 10 lbs to help him hold up inside better. Rastas should gain 20 lbs minimum. Cam Hunt should add 10 lbs. Canady should add 15 lbs. Wilson needs to add 30 lbs. He's got a nice burst but is tiny for a 3-4 DE. Bennett needs to add 20-25 lbs. Has unreal potential but needs to be around 270 by the time he's done here. Turner with 15 lbs added could be a real player if he stays at OLB. Lawrence needs to get up to at least 210. He's a nice player but just needs to get bigger. Haas needs another 20 lbs. Tons of space on his frame. At 240 he could cause some problems on the edge. Palmborg needs 10-15 lbs. He's got great speed outside but is still a little light. At 230 he could do some damage. Richman should drop 10 lbs to improve his quickness. Torrey could use 10 lbs. He's still pretty skinny and it would help him against the run and in press. Tamas should add 10 lbs and learn how to tackle. He injured his shoulder on every hit this year. Leach needs to add 40lbs to his right leg so he can hit some bombs. Tobin needs 15 lbs so he can hold up inside. Nguon could use 10 more lbs. Rooney - 10 lbs. Blair needs a good 30-40 lbs or to switch positions full time. Russo - 15lbs. Mortel needs 10-15 lbs. Santiago could use another 10 lbs. Fiedler needs 15lbs of arm meat. All TE's should be over 250 unless they're some hybrid wr freak. Wanzek needs another 20 lbs. At 6'4" 220lbs he would be faster and much harder to handle. I'll compare this wish list to the fall camp depth chart next year and we'll see where we're at. I firmly believe that if we get these kinds of across the board gains we would be a much tougher team to play against.

You want to compete for titles? The standards need to be higher. That means this season, with all the bull$%!#, should mean if we have another next year he is gone. We took a huge step back and it wasn't just injury caused.

Figure of speach. I think guys left something on the table last offseason based on how this year went and a lot of them didn't physically progress the way they should have from last year.
-
Remember, they had a backup at qb today.

Bubba’s seat is very hot right now. It’s not just the record. It’s not being competitive. It’s the off the field bull$%!#. It’s the coaching gaffes. It’s the lack of aggression. It’s not putting players in the best position to succeed. It’s not adjusting the game plan to the personnel. I could go on and on. Injuries were only one very small reason for this train wreck of a season. This offseason should make guys want to quit. Everybody should be lean mean and pissed off for next year.

To be fair we needed to pass our way back into this game. Not saying we can’t throw to the rbs though.
-
On to next year. Bubba getting be swinging a big ol hatchet tonight. Everyone needs to take a long look in the mirror. Thanks to the seniors.

OL gives us no chance at the end. Knauf, cya.

What a punt. 68 net yards. Here’s your defining moment as a qb. 97 yards and 3 min.
-
Think those two wasted timeouts early in the half might catch up to us if we hold them here?
-
Rudy now beyond the appendix of his playbook?
-
Back to Minot indeed.
-
Their punter hits some dingers.
-
Cieslak is unblockable right now.
-
Studs showing off his arm “strength”
-
Carr just tried to dunk on them and fumbled......

Carr > Mercer

Block party

I hope they go Geno on us this second half. We deserve it.

Think we can supply the team with a tub of stickem for Christmas?
-
Santiago wants it bad right now. He’s fired up.

Palmborg has some nice wheels. Too bad he only has one hand. He’s one guy that has played hard all year.
