Even though white hawks are a thing. Throw in the fact that many teams have a logo that uses team colors instead of what you would typically see in nature and it seems like people are trying too hard with the dove thing.

One thing he didn’t touch on is how poor of a job we do of finding players with potential. There is no doubt in my mind we are leaving a lot on the table talent wise.

I don’t get the whole dove thing. The logo does not look like a dove even a little bit.
