I’ll be watching Davis in the playoffs. Very curious to see if they flop or not.

The mighty Missouri Valley sucks this year. It’s a two team league. The rest are not very good. The Big Sky has more good teams this year.

Idk about very. There were plenty of issues today. Tackling is a huge concern.

The OL was absolutely atrocious today. When we needed a yard or two we got stuffed consistently. Kett played terribly. He’s not a leader. He’s a doofus. Rudy had one really nice drive called today. The rest was typical for him. That means he’s a bad as we all think. A good OC will exploit his roster to its fullest potential by creating advantages. He doesn’t, because he can’t. Schmidt, we all knew we needed to spy the qb. What gives? Other than that the defense was pretty solid but again, pad level is a concern.

We need more sub 4.5 WRs who can separate but we will continue to recruit mostly 6’3” guys with 4.9 speed.

Part of that is the potent offenses of the Big Sky. Can’t overlook that. It’s tough to defend in that league.

I’m hoping to see Santiago with a virtuoso performance.

A slightly better chance than the Gophers had of not making the tournament last year.

That’s still a concern though. I’ve seen plenty of guys over the years play both ways and dominate all game.

Even though the last game took the air out of the season the seniors deserve a good send off at the very least. There are some hall of fame caliber guys that will probably play their final game at the Alerus on Saturday. They deserve our thanks.
