Everything would be forgotten if we finally figured it out on Saturday and pulled off a big win!……… Huge opportunity to turn this season around and keep the playoff hopes alive…… also could be another weekend of disaster but I have faith in this team to right the ship!

Its the first time in 3 years i give us 0% chance to win.  Last time i felt this way was vs Washington back in 2018.  i'd be surprised if we keep this game within 20.

I'm just not a Schuster guy.  You hear about "nothing bothers him", "never gets rattled", "barely has a pulse".  Alright, he can do my open heart surgery then some day, perfect.

I want my QB to be attack mentality and aggressive.  The guy that claps his hands hard in the gun because he wants the d@mn ball because he's got the right call against the right defensive personnel package.

If the play calling is what is limiting Tommy I apologize.  I just don't think he's the guy.

Agree.  There is a reason he was going D2 before we offered him last minute.

Seems his best quality is he doesn’t make mistakes.(that can’t be said this spring).

I fear this coaching staff sticks with him til he graduates.  Vaughn was highly recruited, he seems like a better option.  Or hope feeney is ready to go next year.  Need a QB the can pick up some yards with his legs if no one is open.  Tommy can’t do that.

This was in reference to "a spill" concern about "Clear" app. Don't see that we have much choice to get in the door. Still waiting for the other shoe to drop and for the game to be cancelled outright

Now rooting for this.  Give me my money back.  Sick of playing your games.

Is anyone else worried that the NDSU herd will take over the Alerus and give them the home field advantage or am I the only negative one here.....?

Not worried from a Attendance stand point, but am worried from a noise stand point.  Our crowd waits til 3rd down to make noise, theirs is loud the whole time on defense.  We need a passionate home crowd.  Make it difficult on their offense during their whole time on offense.

2nd time in just a few years that a UND loss in Fargo results in a change in college hockey. Last time was the offside rule, this time a day off is added between regional games. The first I agree with....the latter not so much.

This sucks.  Best Sports day of the year is Regional Saturday.  Looks like that is not going to happen anymore.

Just give the #1 seed the early game.  Teams play back to back night all year long.

So the more I think about it, the more I believe that even if Youngstown would have ended their season last Sunday giving UND and Missouri St. the chance to play this week, I don't think UND would have wanted to schedule a game against Missouri St this weekend.  At least they shouldn't have wanted to if they wanted to make the playoffs.  Think about it.  After Youngstown pulled the plug on their season (even if it was last Sunday) UND was co conference champions and basically a lock for the playoffs.  Only way that we don't make it is if we lose this weekend.  I'm sure Bubba, the rest of the coaches, and the players would have wanted to play this weekend to knock some rust off before a potential playoff game since we haven' played in a month.  But is all that worth the risk of throwing away a conference championship and a pretty much guaranteed playoff bid?  Probably not.

It sucks that we aren't playing this week and don't get a game to warm up before a potential playoff game.  But It is reassuring knowing that UND is the co Conference Champions of the Valley and will be likely playing a home playoff game on the 24th.  At the beginning of the season there is not one person that would have not taken that.

Maybe its just me, but I hate sharing.  If I have to share, better to share with only 1 team rather than 2.   I really wish they were playing Missouri St this weekend.  If lose and miss playoffs and conference championship so be it.  Get ready for the fall.  Also going into the playoffs without playing for 5 weeks is going to be tough.  It was bad enough in 2016 having a double bye week before playing.

I'm not so sure UND would be excited to play a defacto"playoff" game on the road against a team that is on the bubble. If UND loses, they very likely lose out on the real playoffs next week.

I really hope this is not the case.  This attitude is almost as bad as Youngstown shutting it down for the season.  I'd much rather play a win and in game than not play for 5 weeks.  If you can't beat Missouri St on the road we shouldn't be in the playoffs anyway.

Also winning on the road vs Missouri St would likely give them a seed in the playoffs. IMO

Tom Miller tweeted this was a non-starter.  The Al has Bull riders booked for this weekend.

Play at Missouri st.  UND was already planing to travel.  it would give Missouri st a little extra time to prepare, as i would guess they have not done much this week.

No it’s not. For a two way tie you are correct. But if there is a 3 way tie (which there will be) it doesn’t work that way.   Just read  not going to argue if you are going to be stubborn.

It would be a 2 way tie under my senecio.  Missouri st and ndsu would have 2 losses.  UND and SDSU with 1 loss.

Youngstown really screwed us.  If they cancel earlier this Saturday  would be open for Missouri st to come here.
