  1. I’m hoping Weatherby. As for returning players... Gooch
  2. I do too! He’s shown flashes of a scoring touch but needs to find consistency for sure. I’m guessing he’ll be a regular on Gardner’s line and it’s be great if they found some chemistry.
  3. 1. Mismash 2. Jones 3. Gardner 4. Poolman 5. Janatuinen
  4. I’m pretty excited about that Mancinelli kid.
  5. Donovan is expected to play his senior season with DE. There was a Duluth Tribune article about it on 3/30/18
  6. Jasper Weatherby leading RBC Cup scoring after 2 games. 2g-3a-5pts
  7. A kid that played 2 years with Michigan was selected right after him too.
  8. Jake Schmaltz to Chicago Steel
  9. I agree with this and this is what I was assuming with my previous question. My hope is that Hain or Weatherby can step up. I also agree about Adams but I think a good high energy line could be Adams-Hoff-Bowen (3rd line) Just wanted to get the conversation going... thanks for playing
  10. Curious who the 6th top forward will be. I’m assuming the top 5 are Jones, Mismash, Kawaguchi, Gardner, and Janatuinen. Who will be the 6th?
  11. Cale Maker player for Brooks of the AJHL.
  12. That explains all the UND hoodies I see kids wearing in the western metro
  13. I think we’d take him. 38 points in 50 games in BCHL as a 16 year old. 7 points in 8 games so far in playoffs. He’ll turn 17 this summer
  14. So, what are the tv options for Friday?
  15. That’s messed up.. no more from this guy. Between this and CBS sports it’s no longer a smart cash outlay.
  16. So, do we get the NCHC Frozen Faceoff on NCHC.TV? (Sorry if discussed already)
  17. But, will Minnesota play them with such a hostile and abusive name??
  18. I think most of us that are interested in recruiting are curious about that. Keane has signed his LOI so I (and others here) assume he'll be a freshman at UND next year.
  19. ...and Ryder Donovan put up a goal and an assist. He ended up tied for the state lead in assists as a junior.
  20. This was my thought. Hain is having a similar year to what Gersich did at the NTDP ... a bit off from Shane. Then, Shane went and lit up the USHL. It may benefit Hain to do the same.
  21. Good point AJS
  22. Weatherby still leads the BCHL in scoring. Tychonick is 4th in BCHL defensemen scoring. Gavin Hain is putting up over a half point per game playing against some pretty good competition. These are the three that will likely be regulars in the lineup next season. I've read great things about Senden's character and from the description of his game he projects as a Mario Lamoureux/Jonny Simonson type. Keane has struggled. Oh, and Adam Scheel is being lauded as Penticton's MVP this year...although it will likely go to their point producing BSU commit. I'm excited to see what the younger guys can do next year in their respective leagues (esp. Caulfield, Donovan, and Ethan Bowen). BTW, Jacob Bernard-Docker seems ready to come in next year which really jams up the D position. Thoughts? Does he stay on with Okotoks or go to the USHL? Or...?
