This is sort of backwards thinking here. From what I understand he was contacted by a search committee so he said what the hell and checked it out. So would some of you rather have a president that no other school wants? This shows we have a president that is worth something but according to the article above he has to go because someone else was interested. Makes no sense.

Well I think it is relevant since Native Americans are part of the heritage of the state and UND happens to have a large program devoted to Natives. Is this Grand Forks State College or the University of North Dakota?

Again, like other have said, give it another week or so and you will hear crickets. The Lammy twins maybe have one more olympics left in them. The SJW crowd and dim witted politicians will find some other crusade to latch onto shortly which will be equally annoying but at least it won't be attached to UND (hopefully).

Yeah my brother and I were on the phone Monday talking about flights and I told him that I am waiting until late April / early May so I can look at Southwest and Frontier. You should be able to find a Southwest flight for around $150 (Denver to Vegas).

Depending where you live, you might want to look at a flight to Denver our of Devils Lake or something like that. If you book in advance your round trip to and from Denver is $262. Then direct flights to Vegas from Denver are dirt cheap.

Yesterday I booked a room for Friday and Saturday for a total of $210 at the Tropicana. I have never stayed there so trying something new. That price does exclude the $79 in "Resort Fees" I will have to pay when I get there. Should be an awesome weekend!

Agreed. I get contacted by a headhunter on what seems like a monthly basis. I am not actively looking because I am happy where I am for now but I have the conversations. My boss also knows that I am being contacted because we have an honest relationship and he is smart enough to understand that he won't be able to keep me forever. plus, I have proved my worth so he wouldn't fire me for something trivial like this. Every job is different but I certainly do not blame Kennedy for looking into this after being contacted.
