I have been to Jackson's as mentioned above. It is downtown by Coors Field and is a pretty cool atmosphere to watch games. Seems to be a lot of alumni here!

Good question, at worst you can catch the feed on fightingsioux.com and they use an hdmi cord to connect to your tv. I have Directv and I know it will not be available there...

Just kidding, the Big Sky is a good conference. No conference will ever take over Southland as the best conference though 
If I were UND I'd keep talking to some other QB's, you don't want to get put in a spot where you have no QB's...trust me, look at NDSU in '09. It sucks.
Good point, I think UND has been talking to another QB (I forget the name but it has been mentioned on here somewhere) that is not as highly touted on the D1 level. It only takes one play to lose a QB for a year so the more the merrier. You guys should be sitting pretty for a few years in the QB spot as there is talent and depth. Good work.
I would love nothing more to consistently see UND and NDSU as two of the top FCS teams every year.

Why would UND have anything to do with it? We don't play you any time soon. I think you guys have delusions of grandeur - that everything revolves around UND football and everyone is worried about you. If you were 4-0 then you might have a point but not being playoff eligible it's no big deal in the playoff scope of things. I think dropping 6 spots during the bye week was the source of contention.
According to your media, coach, and many people like you, UND has everything to do with it as "coaches MUST have gotten the two confused." I try to give you guys a chance but you all are so full of !@$! your eyes are brown (WYO Bison is the exception). I actually thought that we would have dropped out of the polls this week regardless of the score but we didn't. So now it is confirmed that there was no confusion. 1) GET OVER YOURSELF 2) UND is catching up real quick and I think your ego is bruised 3) If we win this week what bullsh!t excuse are you going to come up with now? 4) Keep your fantasy thoughts over on your board.
BTW you guys dropped 6 spots because of the competition you played prior to the goofs. Now that you are winning you are climbing again; weird concept isn't it?

NDSU plays at 1 on North Dakota NBC and Comcast Sportsnet Chicago. I don't know if Comcast Sportsnet Chicago comes with the normal package. Doesn't affect me really.
What time does UND play at? I wouldn't mind keeping tabs on how they are doing against what appears to be a solid team.
Is it on direct tv? I'm in Colorado so Nodak NBC is not an option. I have the sports pack and I get to see a lot of random games. I really would like to catch part of the NDSU game as well if possible.

Mollberg's commit pending Iowa offer. He is a great athlete, wish he would have decided on NDSU but oh well. He wouldn't have taken a snap at QB during his time in Fargo but no reason to think he couldn't get used in other ways. He is a good get for UND if Iowa decides not to offer. I still don't think Bohl is overly worried about UND. #1, different conferences. #2, Bohl has done a great job recruiting (minus a year or so), and #3, he has other things on his plate, such as the Missouri Valley.
Darrell, UND's history is just like any good program, they shouldn't be down for long but you never know, my Fighting Irish have been saying that since the Mid-90's. Another example is a team in Greely, Colorado. The jump to Division 1 has not been kind to what was a very proud program.
They do suck this year; even more so that other years. The new coach called out the current players on TV at halftime on sat as Weber was up 35-0 for not buying in to his system and his solution: recruit new players. UNC Football is a mess right now. I can't wait for the Oct. 29th game when UND comes to town!

Now that UND is ranked again this week does Kolpack apologize for all the misinformation he put out last week or does he come out again with the theory that all the coaches got UND and NDSU mixed up again? Is he man enough to come out and admit he was wrong and petty? Some of the things said by NDSU fans and media look a .little silly now.
Somebody +1 this guy as the negative point came for dumba$$...I mean lakessioux (what a loser)

Like someone said, yes, Lakes is at it again. As for Minnesota, I think they would be. Keep in mind they played NDSU closer than the scoreboard, they played USC close, layed an egg against NMSU and beat Miami (OH). I think their squad has the talent and ability that would simply overpower FCS teams.
Unranked Arizona State just blew out USC; I watched the game and USC is not the the team that they normally are.
The Bison played a hell of a game though and deserve credit for a big win that will help them come playoff time. Should be a big year for you guys and if you guys are in the playoffs many of us will be on your side!

I asked earlier in the thread because I noticed that they also use neulion to webcast their games; no answer yet. Someone in some other thread a while back mentioned that when other teams use neulion there is always a chance that we could pick up the feed.
At worst you pay $10 on the SUU site.

No they wouldn't be ranked in the FCS top 25. However, SU played great and deserve some credit. They completely outplayed the goofs and should be proud.
I would say hold off on any FBS talk (Bison and Sioux) until all of this crazy realignment is over. A league like the WAC is no better than the Big Sky and MVFC; at least you can win a championship in FCS!

Spent my first year of college at DSU and hated it and was going to transfer, choices were BHSU and UND....glad I chose UND although Spearfish is beautiful and warmer than GF. Future sister-in-law is a BH cheerleader and she won't bet me on this game.....I even spotted her 30 points!! Is there TV today? A perfect way to wrap up a day in the patch would be to sit down and watch the SIOUX put a whooping on the Jackets!! GO SIOUX!!

While that sounds good and noble, I'm not so sure it is true. Try this thought experiment: Everyone on the Sioux football team is swapped tomorrow with everyone on NDSU's football team. Do you then cheer for NDSU? I don't think so. How about hockey? If everyone on the hockey team were swapped tomorrow with the players from Minnesota, who do you cheer for? I'm guessing it is still UND.
There is a strange connection sports fans have with their teams, and do not kid yourself, it has as much or more to do with the jersey and the organization it represents as the athletes wearing the uniform.
I agree, looking and feeling good positively translates to your performance. Cool jerseys btw.

I was wondering what the tailgate scene is like up in Greely. Tailgating is awesome at CU so if UNC's experience is only a fraction of that I would be happy.
I was thinking about getting tickets in advance but they are so bad right now that tickets are probably easy to come by. I will prob buy them in advance in a week or so just in case.
