For some reason I have a good feeling about this game. Against ISU, Weber and Montana I had bad gut feelings and that's the way they turned out. I even posted in the ISU thread that I had a bad feeling. Hopefully my gut feelings stay on point this week.

I was at the hockey game against Bemedji so only followed on game cast. Sounds like the Weber stream was bad as well?

Isn't that the truth. The stream against ISu was terrible.

I have been quiet on the Bartels vs Molberg talk and after seeing and hearing about Bartles lack of performance the last two weeks I have to believe that Joe should get a chance to see if he can provide any sort of spark. Anything would help at this point.

I didn't realize all of that. I'm sure it cant be helping at all.

No score prediction from me but I do not have the same bad feeling that I had last week about the ISU game.

If I recall correctly Bartles didn't have much of a run game behind him when he started. Couple this with a week taking first team reps I think he has a chance to play well. Also, I like Studs but I think Bartles can make more of the throws that Studs has been missing. Time will tell but fortunately I don't have the same bad feeling that I had this time last week.

It should have been an easy win. However last week I had a bad feeling about the game simply due to our depleted Safety position. Safety is arguably the most important position in a 3-4 defense that is facing a pass happy offense. Studsrud going down for the 4th quarter hurt as well. This week against Weber I believe the linebackers will be the group that needs to shine.

I sure hope that is not happening. Waiting to have fun on Saturday night after the game shouldn't be that tough.

What made me most mad about the stream Saturday was that I had a couple friends over who know nothing about UND football but were interested enough to check it out. Which is awesome because I can't exactly talk UND sports with many people out here. Beers were cold and everyone was excited to check out the game...then the constant buffering began and I'm saying the streams have been good in the past. Basically these people give me the benefit of the doubt and the stream makes me look like a fool and UND sports look like a joke.

The issue was on either the UND or Alerus end.

They are ripe for a let down. It can happen to anyone.

I just want to comment on how bad the web stream was. They have been decent in the past but yesterday was a pile of hot garbage. I hope a UND official reads this because it was not on my end. Other big sky eversport streams worked just fine. This was on UND/Alerus end. Please fix it.

Haha true story. One year I was in the first row of the upper bowl at the REA and I saw this girl right below me on the lower bowl look at me a few times so I took my ticket and wrote my phone number on it and threw it to her...it worked out lol. Much more interested in the actual game now.

It appears O'Brien will be taking over for rich. He has had some meaningful reps over the past couple weeks and has looked pretty good.

It would be great to see a student take the initiative and make up a new one! Any current students reading?

I have a feeling this will be a close game, or closer than it should be.
