This is just my opinion but Berry’s system focuses on the D men, cycle cycle then back to the D men for s shot. Other teams take everything to the net we kick it back to our defense, on the power play they do this also. When have we worked it down low on the power play ? There has to be a reason these players come in and just lose their scoring touch.

Been saying it for awhile, all these players don’t just forget how to score, Berry’s system where D men lead the team in shots and score more goals then the fowards is handicapping their creativity, along with some very poor lineups.

Been saying that Berry is just too nice a guy to be head coach, most penalized team , worst power play and in the bottom of the league in scoring the past two years.

Looks like about fifty die hard fans.

And people wonder why fans are calling for a change.

No Adams, but Yon, Johnson get spots. WTF.

So you can do whatever cause they can’t bench me, seems like the teams attitude.

Maybe if we start out slow which we have been prone to do , shorten the bench roll three lines , bench people when they deserve it ( Rhett on sat. Vs Duluth) and maybe decline penalties , just kidding on this last one.

This team plays like they are in poker tournament and playing with house money, no cause for concern, not a care in the world. if a senior captain can keep playing though he was responsible for 4 goals in the last three games for lack of discipline I don’t hold much hope that they can bear down and get it down.

2 in a row is not happening right now, so five in a row may be impossible for this team.

I truly believe Berry has no idea what drives or motivates his team, clueless in his post game comments.

This should be a one and done , my god who does this line up and says this is the best we can do? It seems Berry is so infatuated with local players it’s clouding his vision, I would like the best players playing and don’t care where their from. Bowen, Yon and Johnson wouldn’t play for most D 1 teams yet two are on our first line. I see Gardner got splinters last night after taking another dumb penalty. Say what you will we need a real head coach not an assistant dressing up as one.

If JBD leaves what message does that send to the other recruits out there?

I believe they get a small discount on next years ticket package.

This^^^^^^^^^^ maybe the only reason changes will be made( not head coach) but in the staff.

Went with pure goal scorers, Duncan should have been included .

Maybe Berry should just recruit 22 D men and he would be comfortable , his offensive scheme is cycle the puck down low then kick it iut to the D fir a shot. Instead of taking everything back let’s take it to the net. If you look at our past scorers then had one thing in common, they never passed up on a shot from anywhere.(Joyce, Romaniuk, Lundbohm, Bochenski,Boesser.)

We all know you can’t win the NC every year, but with our facilities, history oh and culture we should at least be over .500 and score some goals.

Who have we missed on? I think this staffs philosophy is one thing that holds this team back, no way should three D men lead the team in shots.
