I am not a lawyer but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night I think that is what it kind of sounds like UND found something that would embarass the NCAA and the judge stepped in, to prevent further squabling. No one knows anything around town about this suit. All you hear is stuff from time to time but none of it is anything but rumor and speculation. I agree with Scott, the only settlement that I see is one where UND keeps the name. No other. I also think the next president is going to have to lead UND post law suit and they are going to have to be on board like Chuck is now.

I don't know if a person could get much done, I would be feeding one armed bandits all the time. My brother in law went to graduate school there and got a degree in counseling and did some marriage counseling for some extra money. I thought that was a scream marriage counseling in a city where you can get married through a drive through window.

I think I have an idea who you are talking about. These are the same guys that complain about Sioux fans being halos then are the first ones you hear whining refs in the forums then they didn't get all the calls to go their way during the regional.

I thought Kyle was a decent defenseman but I can't see him playing a lot especially with the talent that the Sioux have this season. I believe the stupid penalties taking will be a factor in his playing time. We will have to see. I like the fact that he has grit and heart if he can channel it.

I like how no one is giving him a chance to play when they haven't seen him play. I would be willing to bet if it comes down to Radke playing or letting a freshman like Davidson playing Radke might not like the result. Just a hunch and we can revist this in the spring.
