If anyone has noticed lately Oshie has really played like a man possesed. This past weekend he was nothing short of awesome.

I am going. I am in the process of twisting arms and determining my travel plans.

Because most of the media for what ever reason can't see past the Cup Cake Hockey association. If you listen to the INCH broadcast they kept telling us that the WCHA isn't that good and that the CCHA is a great league top to bottom. No one can look us in the eye and say that with a straight face...

If you think about it then UND has about 8 years before they would have to lose the name. A lot could happen between now and then. First thing the state of ND needs to do is regin this guy Goetz in.

Jolly Green Giant, love it. I watched three of the four games the Sioux played against DU and I think the most part UND owned them. They have one line and after that they drop off. Just like some think the Goofs are going to be tough to play but I see them folding like a cheap circus tent. Just my HMO...

I listened to that podcast today when I was out walking the dog, I thought it was kind of funny that they were all basically saying that the WCHA thinks it is a good conference but there are actually other games out there this weekend and then the guy from the Hockey East goes on to say that HE is a mediocre league. What gives. Jess Meyers basically said that he talked to McCloud and apparently the league is going to be keeping a closer handle on things. Yeah right. Tell that to the clows that are reffing.

Fine then McCloud can get his refs to call the game the way it is supposed to be called. Actually you should listen to the INCH pod cast this week. Interesting to say the least.

I couldn't believe that when I read it. Who actually comes up with these thoughts. Next thing they are going to want to do is ban checking from men's hockey.

I agree if your unhappy with the way the Sioux play please give you tickets so someone else. Give them to someone else who will appreciate them. I don't think UND is going to change. Maybe the rest of league needs to suck it up.

I have to agree with this statement. I think when asked about the ranting and ravings of the fans about UND. Hockey is a rough game and if the teams are getting out muscled recruit tougher players. I heard one UM fan complaining that UND would have the gal to recruit a player like Hextal. How dare they. IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO. I don't expect UND to just turn the other check when their players are jumped (4 on 1) and cross checked and then punched (especially when the refs did nothing but stand by) UND is a tough team and when the REFS finally start calling the penalties the stuff will calm down.

I am wondering if Mike is ever going to worry about the games that DU has against the Seawolves?

We will never know if he is suspended or not the league operates under a shroud of secrecy.
