Yeah Moose Richards recently said that on the Hockey Show that NNY is good to go as far as WCHA standards for size of rink.

I agree with you, they are really ugly. I think once a kid leaves his college hockey team he is no longer a loser, execpt for Jeff after the Whistle Taffe and Stu Bickel so I am fine with all of the dirty badgers and goofs players in the NHL. Look at Chicgao they have a few BADgers on their team. I still don't like Gionta though.

I think BSU's rink is nicer than that the Notre Dame one. I noticed the Participation banners like SCSU. NICE pictures though. I would have liked to see that game.

seems like every game is different, who would have thought UND would have lit up some many good goalie this season? I like UND's chances IF they get in the NCAA tourney. If they get that three spot they have a very good chance to win the Final Five.

DU lit up Notre Dame earlier this season so I don't know what to make out of them. BU beat Micigan like 7-2 and UND 5-1 so I don't know. I saw Miami play this weekend and I was not impressed one bit with them. Any thing can happen when you get to the tourney.

I hear yah brother. I am just sick and tired of watching the refs ruin the game of hockey. When I hear people that don't normally complain I know the officials are bad.

Oh last year when we met Greg Shepherd in the Bar Greg must have been drunk because was saying a lot of stuff that made you shake your head, kind like damn should you be telling us this. Shepherd said that Jutting spends a lot of time whining to the refs and basically said if he shut his mouth and worried more about coaching spent less time complaining to the refs he would do a better job. I think we are at the cross roads in the WCHA, the tipping point; I do believe that McClown is going to have a tough time getting his contract renewed. I also think that the refs in this league deserve all of the criticism they get from the fans. I have never seen officiating as bad as it is in the league, it has deteriorated over the last 5 years to a point of being really ridiculous. The WCHA has almost become unwatchable compared to the NHL. Why is it a player that barely scores 30 points in the WCHA can become a 2nd line forward in the NHL and be a legit candidate for the Calder trophy? It is the style the refs are deciding to allow in the WCHA. At the drop of the puck last night in the Gophers and MSU-M game I watched a least 5 examples of obstruction by both teams go uncalled. What they hell are they focusing on? Todd Anderson is almost as bad as Don Adam. I watched a Gopher tie up the Maverick player on the face off, then I saw the Maverick player do a can opener on the Gopher forward. Then I saw numerous obstruction tackles in all ends of the ice. The refs in this league are joke. I saw it last weekend during the DU and UND series.

Did you guys were there is a rumor that Stoa's dad ripped into the refs this weekend between the 2nd and 3rd period and then before the third period the refs had a police escort. Classic, stuff how the refs are going to need a police escort to get into town. Talk about slap shot there.
