Seems the coaches aren't happy with the officating but the League commish McClown doesn't see the problems with the officials so the problems won't get fixed. Shyiak is right that was a bad call on the CFB in question. The Gopher player turned his back and got hit. It was also a shoulder to shoulder hit. Does not excuse what he did, not one bit. Schack could have challenged Boe to a fight in the next game instead of jumping him from behind. That would have beent he correct move, not jump him from behind with his gloves on then punch him while still wearing your helmet and gloves. That trumps anything Boe did.

It is not as good as the UND one and I did watch a game on it the last time Grecio played for the Sioux in Alaska so that has to be 2 years ago? The SCSU game was ok, if you like watching games in empty hockey arenas.

If you look at the NCAA there is no award for the best start, tell that to all of the world beaters at the beginning of the seaosn that are now starting to tumble like prom dresses at an after prom party. It's a bad Cliche I know. I could used something else. It has worked for Hak so far. Each year his teams have gotten better in the second half. I am just happy to see UND in the running for a WCHA regular season title. Also, this is the first season where Hakstol has all of his recruits. I dunno. I like the way things are starting to develop in Hakstol's system and after four seasons we are beginning to see the type of team that he is recruiting and building. This years addition is balanced through all four forward lines and they are the fastest team that I have seen this season. Granted I didn't see the BU game.

The play of the Mavericks is irrelevant to Schack the hack's response, I don't think we want to excuse his response it was the wrong response. Did you see anyone pull Buress out and start beating him with their gloves and helmet on? That was not per the code. That was chicken $H!T and gutless. That was like Todd Bertuzzi on Steve Moore. All I know is the Wild Player Curtis Foster that was hurt last March with broken Fibula and he is just coming back now for the WIld and is playing in the NHL. It took a long time for that injury to heal, I can't even imagine how Bad Derrick is.

I am sorry but Jutting's team deserved all the penalties they got this weekend. Like I said in a previous post this is one of the dirtiest teams I have seen in a long time. Jutting has a rep for abusing officials and whining.

Actually, I guess Jutting and the Ref (I don't remember which one) got into it after the first period of Friday's game so it didn't worked for Jutts all that well.

I don't know if I want to get started on the officiating again. Actually the refs weren't too bad this weekend but I think they missed a few CFB's. I told the guys that I sit with that the Mavericks are by far the dirtiest team I have seen come to REA in some time. They make DU look like a bunch of Choir boys.

The reason I say that most of our defenseman some of the rugged type took a while to develop into the college game.
