I just hope that the NCHC doesn't feel like they have to add Stearns County Community College. them. If they get in they lower the quality of the NCHC... They are not a like minded school.

It's about being in a league with like minded schools and SCSU is not a like minded school. The implosion in college football and college basketball could end up sending Notre Dame to the Big Ten so I am hoping that the NCHC doesn't think, lets add SCSU to the NCHC... If that's the case I would rather we add BGSU and WMU to go along with Miami, because they are all MAC schools.

I have to agree why leave the WCHA if we are going to turn around and then offer SCSU a spot in the conference.

Seems like the Bison fans are worse than the Gopher fans, they sure spend a lot of time worrying about UND when they are obviously far superior.

I am not sure why people are getting so excited, UND wasn't supposed to beat Idaho this past weekend and they not supposed to beat Fresno State next weekend, UND is in it's final year of a trainsition from DII to DI FCS, the team they lost to is a FBS team, which is a division above them. I would wait till the Sioux UND starts playing in the Big Sky before we start judging the football coach. It will be a lot easier for Muss to recruit talent once UND has a home for it's athletic teams.

I agree with Sioux Rube, I wouldn't be surprised to see him fighting for time to crack the line up.

Don't forget we learned from the Clueless moron fans on USCHO that UND and DU are solely responsible for blowing up college hockey this season.

It slows down the game and allows less talented teams to hang around.

Physical play is fine I am all for it but when you let obvious calls go (obstruction, hooking holding, cross checks) you're screwing with the integrity of the game. We don't want to see parity and I don't want to see 7 teams vying for the final home playoff spot just so we can sell tickets, the WCHA is run by a bumbling buffoon and McLeod and Shep need to go... I want to see the best teams win in a game, I don't want to see an obvious goal waved off when it should be called a goal. The ref is there to call the game objectively not willy nilly just call what they want and make up !@#$ as they go...
