When I saw the hit, I said that Jimmer's gone. It was legit penalty. I also saw a few hits that DU got away with that went unpunished.

I agree, Western Michigan, DU, UNO, UMD, Miami and SCSU are good rivals as well.

I would like to know what Doug Woog thinks of the rivalry taking a break.

Yeah, I didn't see Mac or Drake make big hits last night... I saw Jimmer make no less than three good body checks down low in the Offensive Zone last night and the General hits everything that moves up and down the ice. To say this team doesn't hit is short sighted. They're picking their spots and playing smartly. UND only had six minor penalties last night.

I watched the series a few years back when Tech was really bad and the web broadcast was really bad as well.

Time for UND to light him up....And just for the record he played against Wisconsin who is goal starved.

All of the big games that UND and DU have played in, the games that Gwoz was kicked out of was reffed by Anderson.

Anyone want to bet that Todd Anderson is the ref for this series?

There are a few disillusioned fans in the Grand Forks, East Grand Forks area. One of my neighbors is a unapologetic goofs fans that is married to a very sensible UND hockey fan.

I get the feeling that this weekend's series is going to be "rough" and very spirited.

There is nothing up on the C.C. web site. UND is one of the leaders in video and social media.

This series can be a fun week. Historically speaking.
