Actually, I should preface this, I love listening to Travis Brewster the coach of the Woman’s team a press days, I think he’s an awesome guy and a good coach that has a great message to pass on. I should say that I would go to a “UND” basketball game, I haven’t since 1996. As far as the NBA, I would walk across the street to watch it.

What's wrong with hockey only fans? Some people only like basketball. I actually like football and hockey. Wouldn't walk across the street to watch an NBA game or watch basketball if it was playing in my basement. I am not trying to pick a fight, I am just wondering why some people get upset with fans that only like one sport. I know folks that only like baseball.

I do too because "most" of is would never have the ability to play Division I football. I was lucky to grace the sideline at BSU for a season.

UND has higher discipline standards... Faison has seen to it. NDSU's football program takes a win at all cost approach. Bohl probably had no choice in this matter.

They're all victims too, I was over at Lakes Buffoon's web page yesterday and he was all but demanding along with a few other NDSU Fans that the coaching staff embrace Travis Beck and put him back on the team and act as if nothing has ever happened. Obviously, he’s back on the team, but the victim has concussion issues right now after getting in a fight late at night. Poor guy. If I was the football coach on this team, he’d be gone. Winning at all costs is not the image that one should portray. This NDSU football programs reminds me of the Miami football program of the Butch Davis era.

At what cost though? It would be interesting to see how many FBI numbers the NDSU football team has. They sure have had a good run racking up raps sheets during that same time span.

One night after a rain out at the River Cities Speedway we went to the Parrots Kay and that's becoming one of my favorite places for Wings and beer.

I am going to agree with Oxbow, there are a handful of FCS teams that can win a NCAA title in Football, there are more in Hockey. Yale proved that this past season.

That was the first thing that I thought of when I read that.

If you ask the Bison Nation in Fargo, they will tell you that FCS is more difficult.
