In three games versus UND he has two points. Last night he scored a goal and celebrates like just scored the winning goal to the stanley cup. I am not impressed with him. Vanek is a good player there is not doubt about it, but I think he is a little bit of prima donna/cry baby... Hey Vanek you have scored 18 goals this year act like you have done it before. The guy is too much of a show boat...

The penalties were not even UND got three less. Bochenski was speared and they gave Genoway a penalty for what I have not idea. Biased probably but UofM was getting the better of the calls and UND still found a way to win. The spear should have been a 5 minute major and Bochenski was not diving.

Not to rip on the officals but I thought they sucks again tonight, it was obvious that UofM got the better of the calls tonight and the Sioux still won. Again UND scores on the power play...

Thinking about pig roping and farms, on the side of I-29 in Buxton where that fallen down barn used to be some rube from Fargo/NDSU has posted a sign that says please play us again. Stupid bison fans just don't get there isn't a future for the NCC teams in division one. Like I am really sure in 5 years NDSU will be playing Duke and Kansas and FSU. Probably not, they will be trying to play the directional schools in Missouri if they are lucky...

I heard the other day that the owners pay out 75% of their earnings in salary, so I wouldn't doubt that the owners are trying to bust the union. I almost feel that it is the owners fault that they got to this level.

If you heard Tim Hennesey's interview with Skarp they got into this subject, that is also why Goren signed with Florida instead of waiting for Boston to sign him. These guys without NHL two contracts are worried that they will be out of a job because they will fill the slots with guys that are younger and just coming to the NHL.

Thats a bold prediction but I would love to see it just to enjoy the moment. I think the team will be ready for the Goofers this weekend. I look for them to jump on Briggs early and make them feel the pressure of puck cycling that UND should do in the Gopher end... I think Bucks could pump in a few goals this weekend.

Thats the problem I have with that satement UND has the #1 SOS so I guess UND has played someone. And on the road UND only plays like 14 games this season on the road.

I actually think its a good rule that if the helment comes off the wistle is blown and the play stops It might actually save the health of some of our players in the long run. Hopefully we won't see any more playing without a helment penalties either, like the one Palmo got last season.

I didn't recognize his name at all. Actually I had a fun time with some Gopher fans we met down at the final five, and we drank with a bunch of them at a bar close to the X. So not all of them are irrational and act like Howard Dean on the verg of a melt down.

I have an nomination for the Idiot of the year award. Someone forgot to take his medication. Prozac could do wonderful things for this person. I honestly don't think UND is going to go 6-8-2 down the stretch this season. UND has more dept and skill and can rold 3-4 solid lines. I would put UND talent even above Minnesota this season. I think this really tells the tale, UND has won 3 or the last 4 games it has played against the Gophers. I hope a nother streak is coming...
