  1. Dude.....it's a joke. He put a one liner on a tee and I slammed it home.

But also stated facts, NDSU and UND do not play at the highest level of competition in the sport referenced.

That does not "rip" our own program, it's a fact. Deal with it. Nobody is "ignorant" of NDSU's awesome success, and we should envy that to also be successful in the "JV" league so to say.

I relate it to...winning the Calder Cup....or the AAA world series....or the Grey Cup..The Flint Michigan Megabowl...all awesome achievements, but not the highest level of league in their sport class...i.e. pro football.....pro baseball....Cheesy 70s throwback movies....

It's Wednesday, have a beer, breath deep and move on dude.

They might lump our UND champions in with other NCAA champions from other schools and do multi-sport honor kind of thing.  I think I've seen that done in the past.  FWIWI, don't think I've ever seen FCS champions invited, though, come to think of it.

White house invites are for varsity Natties....JV Champs get a call from the UN Ambassador.

Well, like I've said in the past, I enjoy many different kinds of beers. Obviously, I like BLL, Key Stone Light, Miller Lite, Bud Light and Labatt's Blue Light Lime. I also like many different IPAs that I can't spell. :) Also, we might need to go to the Rhombus Guys with Sprig and try a few of the beers on the menu.

Yeeesh, a guy could wreck his uterus with that stuff.

speaking of, this wouldn't violate international copyright laws (that doesn't really exist anyway) but would violate trademark laws.

Canada takes a much harder stance on importing illegally produced materials especially Jerseys, but US action happens all the time too.

  5. Two of the all time stupidest comments in the history of ss.com.....and that's saying something.

Big difference between legally manufacturered traded Goods and illegally produced illegally sold material, that violate International copyright laws.

Good Lord the offseason brings out the absolute brain-dead of the trolls

  6. Love the stripes, but I love it when they aren't noticeable at all.

When they can control a game without dramatics, without being hated, without taking 12 minute reviews for dramatic reaponse

I love a game where after; I have to ask "Who was that reffing?".....

Then I take note of them.  That is how a ref builds a solid reputation.   Not by having daddy slip games to them when they're younger than the players.

Also, they either did an incredibly poor job of hanging the jersey for the picture, or the neck was designed for people with gargantuan heads.

I ordered a couple of the flags last year.  Same as any others I have had at 30% of the cost.

Sorry to be a downer, but when 7 year old kids are forced to sew these together being paid a pound or rice for a week's work, I'm not sure one can expect the quality to be there.

And yes I do hope you think of the little forced laborers everytime you fly that flag.

Supporting illegal sweatshop trade is never ok, even for 30% of the regular price.

The Stanley Cup is a nice visitor, but I'll take the permanent resident the team brought from Tampa.

There is not nor would have to be choice between these two unrelated things.

  9. Grimaldi had been up with FLA for a few playoff games, send down.

He won't be coming back up. FLA Eliminated.

For the sake of college hockey and players that get pushed to sign after their junior seasons even though they aren't ready, I hope the NHL fixes this policy.  As someone else said, the more situations like Vessey's happen, the more likely NHL teams are going to push guys into signing after their Junior season, or even sophomore season, like L.A. tried with LaDue.

Or going the Canadian junior route where there's much more control.

It is in the best interest of college hockey to fix this

  11. I really like how it is now with the conference championship banners....

Row 1 all the Sioux years

Row 2 2015 and now 2016 will be raised

For the green ones.....tougher but,.......I'd just tack the 8th on with a interlocking UND at the end. Maybe start row 2 after 10th.....
