I don’t even think this is a top 3 reason. Offense was poor even with Santiago. Reasons are combination of coaching and players.

Offense has lost confidence and momentum. C’mon coaching staff, get these guys fired up and going. I expect a player on offense to step up and get it going also. Man, this offense is pathetic at the worst times.
